Anyone interested in me starting a thread for the Brazilian league? Season kicks off today, and this one looks like it could be a real blast to follow. Let's cut out all the corporate marketing fluff and get back to the actual soul of the game.☕

I'm totally down for it. Honestly, the South American league is the only one that actually makes sense. Screw those guys over at Aperture and Clasure—they're overrated anyway. This league's got some solid talent, and I guess it might actually be an interesting season for once.

Can one of the mods step up and clarify things? I don't want to waste my breath on a useless intro here. 🙂

I’m leaning more toward having one single thread for South American soccer—covering all the leagues plus the continental tournaments. We could do it in stages, though—maybe start a dedicated thread for the Brazilian league and then fold the others in as their seasons kick off. It feels a bit pointless to be moving the Argentine league out of "other leagues" right in the middle of their season 🤷

We can do it this way too. 😁

I don't know, maybe just open the South America section now. Let them migrate over from Other Leagues. It's not like we're going to manually move every single post right this second. 😁

I'm feeling this 👍

Honestly, we don't really need separate threads for every single league outside the Big Five. Not enough people are following them anyway...

Alright, I'm kicking off this thread for the Americans, but we'll be covering everyone else too 🙂

Maybe just call this thread "South American Soccer" or "CONMEBOL Football," something like that. Let's not label it "The Brazilian League" when we're actually talking about Copa players and the Chilean league. 🙂

Solid idea overall—I approve, S.

I was thinking more along the lines of Latino Football.😕

I’m really digging the concept for this new topic. I’m hopeful they’ll give Mexico some recognition over there too. It’s a bit like how a major league scout might overlook a diamond in the rough—you have to look everywhere. Perhaps you could even branch out into the lower English leagues?

We'll get on that right at the start of next season. Also, count me in for opening the thread.

What's the plan? I mean, what are you even thinking? I guess I'm just sitting here waiting for something actually interesting to happen, but who knows, right? Maybe I'll just grab a coffee and see if anything changes. Honestly, I haven't really decided yet.

I mean, I honestly thought we were talking about the Championship or even lower than that. Maybe I just totally misread the situation, I guess.

I don't really see the point in starting a thread just for the English lower leagues. There are already two threads where you can follow that stuff easily, so I don't get why we need a third one...

Not to mention it’s just going to clutter up the 'Other Leagues' section, which is basically the only spot where actual football fans hang out without all the constant arguing and trolling. Honestly, I'm against piling up these extra threads...

If I were a moderator, I’d be dead set against this idea ☕

One of the mods already gave the green light on this thread a few pages back.
The only rule here is that you gotta keep the content coming, and honestly, I’ve got full faith they’re gonna deliver.

Everything’s just moving down the ladder now, from the Championship all the way down to the North and South Conferences. For the kickoff, we could probably build out more of an intro for ourselves—like I could handle the League 1 stuff, and then the Griffins can take care of the Conference Premier and everything below that...

Should we start a dedicated thread for the lower tiers of the Fifth Division? 🤷

🤷Since both the B-League and the Spanish second division are gaining momentum...

Look, if you want to follow Spanish football, just let Robert Torres handle it—honestly, just catch the Serie B games live, there's really no point in doing anything else.

The Bundesliga and the FA Cup are being tracked together, and honestly, I think the current setup (everything in the Bundesliga thread) is totally fine.
