Look, I’ve got absolutely nothing against those "parachute journalists"—really, I don't—but I truly feel like starting a whole new thread about the USA vs. Brazil match after the whistle blows just won't make any sense at all. 🙂

No way 🤷

Not quite; that’s what the moderator guidelines are actually for.

One could attempt to be whoever they want, I suppose, but what could a skydiver possibly—or even desire to—contribute to the conversation about skydiving if they don't even realize they're a skydiver themselves?

Whateva.

If nothing else, we're glad there's such a strict filter in place for starting new threads.☕

What does it mean that we can't just start our own threads for everything? Honestly!

Here are four potential discussion threads for this subforum and its various sections, where you can either kick back and relax or vent your frustrations about those "free riders" who just want a free ride—though honestly, we don't even need a dedicated thread for that!

Once this ridiculous competition in the States wraps up—and goodness knows it’s been quite the ride!—will we be seeing a fresh thread dedicated to the absolute best lower leagues on the planet, or are we just going to keep the conversation flowing right here on this one?

Honestly, let's just swap out the title and ditch the specific season. We don't need a whole new thread—can you imagine a topic titled "Other Leagues 2015/16"? That's just unnecessary.☕

The 2014/2015 Russian season is officially open.
Could someone please set up a poll for the league winner? Options should be: CSKA, Zenit, Lokomotiv, Dynamo, Spartak, and Rubin.
Thanks.

P.S. Please include number one in the title, as I missed it for 2014/15

The new season of Premier League action is finally upon us—bringing even more adrenaline, drama, and all those high-octane moments you only get from the greatest league on the planet! I’m going to do my absolute best to channel that entire Premier League atmosphere right here for our little forum family 😍 by starting up a brand-new topic.

Guys, I know we're all still feeling a bit down after that incredible World Cup where our boys really made their mark, ☕ but it’s time to open up threads for the top leagues across the old continent.

Prem is already taken in the post above—it totally blindsided good old Jesse Sullivan5—so that one's off the table. Looking at the posts above that, the Russian league was settled ages ago, so no need there either. It would have been nice to see a thread for Ligue 1, then Bundesliga, then Serie A, topped off by La Liga. But unfortunately, Michelle Palmer6 ruined the sequence early, so that plan is dead and those leagues are still wide open.

Given the massive rush I'm expecting, ☕ it'll basically be first-come, first-served—unless, of course, someone who's really proven themselves in the past gets a bit of priority.

Alright, let the games begin.

I think it’s about time the MLS subforum got its own thread dedicated to photo montages and memes...

Things got pretty wild back in the old days under the previous leadership—everyone was getting mocked—and now even the smallest players are being edited into everything😁

Honestly, a thread like this could stay active for a long time, provided we just dig through the archives and migrate some of the classic images over😍

Yeah, but Alex Cook is gone, and he was honestly the only one who could actually pull off a decent intro.

It seems like everyone is starting these threads out of pure panic—totally terrified that if they don't speak up now, their topics will just get migrated over to the other leagues! ☕

Why was the "Grobari Hajduk" thread closed? It wasn't that the topic personally bothered me, but Sidrun posted some really great stuff there, so it feels like a shame to see it shut down.

Why on earth did you delete my Champions League thread?
