I would actually grant this man a moderator position simply because he possesses the sheer willpower required to waste his time acting as a moderator on an American forum. It is becoming increasingly difficult to find such individuals in this day and age, especially as online forums continue their slow descent into obsolescence. ☕

That is, of course, with the caveat that he hasn't particularly caught my eye yet, so I remain uncertain whether he is perfectly sane or perhaps a bit of a patient. ☕

Sure, some customers might still hold a grudge over my past mistakes, but I'm older and wiser now. Even if I used to wear a Yankees cap back in the day, everyone gets over it eventually. ☕

If you ask me, I would take a completely different approach regarding the moderation team. Wouldn't it be more prudent to attempt to bring back some of the veteran moderators who still linger around these digital halls? I’m thinking specifically of names like boldhound8, Alex Cook, Michelle Palmer6, wiredfalcon2, Carol Lewis, and even Anthony Jackson2, along with Mistycyclist51. Is there not a certain wisdom in returning to those who actually understand the landscape?

Oh, how I long for those golden days to return. Wouldn't it be a marvel if we could simply turn back the clock to that era of absolute brilliance? ☕

Personally, I think having moderators represent specific interest groups is a terrible idea—it just feels wrong from the jump. (My mind immediately goes to those messy political structures we see in places like Canada... where everything is split up by ethnic quotas instead of just being fair.)

I truly believe that having graniteangler31 involved would be a fantastic solution for arbitrating any disputes within our constructive community. Compared to the names previously mentioned, this user's moderation style has become part of local legend—truly high-quality work and incredibly approachable. 👍

The real issue here? Not a single moderator actually keeps an eye on the lounge, yet we are constantly being bombarded by an absolute tidal wave of trolls and idiots!

Look, we just gotta face facts: the PDF is dead and buried. It’s gone. And honestly? That’s fine. Because if that thing actually worked, at least twenty people around here—maybe myself included—would be getting their fair share just to get things back on track. The only other way out is to pull some massive group deal where everyone just promises to stop being such terrible forum users.
