We’d all be pretty thrilled if Em decided to step back into the moderator role.
Unfortunately, though, he’s not interested.

Look, it doesn't matter if you had a blast hanging out by the Danube or whatever. All that fat cash you're sitting on? You could always just dump it into stocks or investment funds. I mean, everyone is obsessed with that stuff right now anyway. ☕

But since I’m the moderator there, naturally, I reinvest all my moderation earnings right back into it.

That’s just the base pay, bonuses not even included. For every strike, the ban length gets longer... It’s not bad, but look, I’m just a moderator for a single PDF, and I’m still pretty green, so I have to grind harder than some of my colleagues ☕
Vajli is a heavyweight mod, though—one of the guys I actually look up to. Just look at all those high-end spots he hits thanks to that moderation stipend. 😍

I’m with silentsailor5 on this one; it’s not about "maybe" wanting it... You have to want it with everything you've got—heart, soul, body—otherwise, you won't get anywhere in moderation. We basically live to moderate and moderate to live. 🧐
