I haven't been much of an active participant here, but I’ve been lurking, following the stories of the mistresses and then the betrayed from the very beginning.
Ladies, honestly, reading through your posts has been such a help to me, regardless of which side of the fence I'm on. You all are truly wonderful.
I can't help but feel like this isn't really where we belong, so consider this my official vote to head back out.

That first attempt at being friendly ended with the thread just getting deleted.
Please don't do it again. 🙂

I honestly still can't wrap my head around how you managed—whether you were flying solo or had some help—to pull off such an incredible act of stupidity by dragging three of the biggest threads from ZUD over here, right into the middle of these short-lived topics where everything is basically just lighthearted nonsense.
The mistress threads have been around since 2007 and they’ve easily pulled more views than anything else on this entire forum, not to mention how much those discussions actually helped people out.
And let's not even get started on how you guys renamed it a chat topic yourselves, which is probably why everyone is fighting about it now.
On top of all that, we actually caught some attention in the news 🤣🤣🤣
Are you seriously thinking about shutting down every single thread over at ZUD just because someone dared to touch on themes of cheating, being an adulteress, or having a mistress?
Seriously, what on earth were you thinking?

An utterly humiliating act, lacking even a single shred of a sustainable argument.
At the end of the day, we are talking about women and people facing real-world struggles, not some unproven nonsense being tossed around without any logical basis.

Truly shameful.

I’d like to ask the moderatorit a few questions regarding recent decisions

Carl Robinson6 said:The moderators still haven't provided any clarity on this:

1) What is the actual limit for chat topics? I’m curious as to what specific rules or authority dictates that having three chat topics is suddenly too many.

2) On what grounds were those three moved? Labeling them strictly as "chat" topics feels inaccurate; anyone reading them can see they center on very specific issues, like being a mistress or an adulteress.

3) Is there a cap on how many regulars can frequent a chat topic? How many new users need to join within a certain timeframe to prevent it from being flagged as a "closed group"?

4) IF we are following objective criteria for what constitutes a chat, why were all three removed at once despite their vastly different lengths, subject matters, and engagement levels?

5) Where did this sudden need for such aggressive, unreasoned intervention come from? These threads worked perfectly fine for years—they drew people in and actually helped the community.

Greetings,
The Lord and I have been trying to convince these rogue moderators that this forum actually exists for one reason: ADVERTISING REVENUE.
If that’s the case, I say we start reaching out directly to the companies currently running ads here. Open up some new email threads and hit them with our complaints; maybe an actual owner will finally take notice of what's going on behind the scenes.
I am calling on everyone, not just those from ZUD:
JOIN US.
The chickens are starting to come home to roost.

It’s quite generous of you all to volunteer such an abundance of evidence for the moderators, documenting the very mindless chatter you’re being blamed for. :glances in disbelief:

If nothing else, out of pure gratitude, they really ought to reinstate you. 😬

Take a page out of the hyena's book; she certainly knows how to "fight her battles"... even when she's destined to lose them.

I second that.

This isn't particularly bright, if I'm being honest. Neither this behavior nor the constant trolling on the ZUD. I realize it probably gives you that little rush of satisfaction—much like when you were back in school acting out just to push a teacher's buttons—but all you're really doing is handing ammunition to the very people who removed you in the first place. If there is any way to (perhaps) see this through to a resolution, it would be by remaining calm and patient.

As I understand it, there seems to be some sort of forum hierarchy at play here which—I assume—is slow-moving, much like any other hierarchy, yet ultimately reachable. Otherwise, well, there are plenty of other forums out there.

I just had to say, "No, no..." It’s getting to the point where it’s impossible to even post anymore. Whatever happened, happened...😢

Look, I honestly think this is unfair... Okay, sure, we post some nonsense sometimes, but we drop some wisdom too. Think about how many people have actually read our stuff and found themselves reflected in our stories... For some, reading is just a way to say "good morning" when they want, but it’s not all about venting problems—life moves on... Are we really being shut down just because we were hanging out and chatting?? When I ran into trouble, I found this community because I had been reading ZUD long before that... But here?? Who is even going to find us now??...

I went back to review the rules—first the general guidelines, and then the specific ones over on ZUD.
Aside from the technical stuff, everything else basically boils down to: no hate speech, keep your communication polite, don't do this or that... honestly, I'm feeling pretty lost, especially regarding that part where they say: don't assume the moderators have favorites.
Once again, I sat through their explanations, which just seemed to get more tangled and convoluted as they tried to force them to align with the actual rules.
We’ve reached a point where they might actually realize how useless this whole process is, but stubbornness gets in the way because they're too busy protecting their own status. GREATNESS LIES IN ADMITTING YOU WERE WRONG.

So you're complaining about the chat moving too fast, and now you're trying to shut down this whole thread because of it? Not gonna happen.

I'm honestly just glad to be here at all, 😍 though I can't say how much responsibility lies with me. It’s genuinely pathetic to see that the woman who posted in the "mistress" section is being forced by her husband to start a whole new thread on ZUD, where she’ll likely be met with nothing but hostility from most people.
Back on Reddit, it wasn't like this because people actually shared similar struggles.
That goes for both the cheated-on and the adulteresses.

On the cheating subreddits, there are several active cases where actual help and support are desperately needed.

I’m asking the moderatorit to please reconsider their decision, because instead of having one unified thread, they’re just going to end up with a massive influx of individual ones.

I get why you're annoyed that the threads aren't as visible anymore—but honestly, I’m loving the moderators here way more than those folks over at ZUD. Plus, some of the new handles are great. I wouldn't bother heading back to ZUD anyway. rowdyfox12 is awesome😍,😁 Kyle King4 is too, and Michelle Alvarez8 is sharp and intuitive—they're a pretty interesting bunch. It feels much more fun and relaxed down here.

Maybe the mods in ZUD could just drop some links to the chats so we can all hang out in the basement. The crowd here is just better👍

With all due respect, our thread was titled "Chat for the Betrayed," just like all those other topics that got wiped out, so you really can't fault us for having a bit of a lively discussion here, can you?
Please forgive us if we’re being a bit much and cluttering up the place here; we really didn't mean to cause such a ruckus. 🙏Honestly, we just really wanted to celebrate our favorite forum regular coming back home to us!

Honestly, how much longer are you actually planning to hold this spiteful grudge and just ignore the questions we've laid out so clearly? At this point, it’s crossing the line from stubbornness into just plain obnoxious behavior.
Give us straight, direct answers to the hyena's questions, and explain exactly why C-sunny got banned and had her thread shut down in the first place.
Just be upfront and tell us that none of us can start a new thread anymore, then leave us all alone with your three precious topics forever.
It's a complete disaster.👎
Running things this way is basically amateur hour—it's an absolute letdown regarding the moderators, and frankly, you guys should be disbanded immediately.
Either shut us down completely or stop messing with us by playing these pathetic little games.

To my dear cheated ladies out in Kazakhstan (if that’s how you spell it—you know, that former USSR territory famous for its thriving democracy), I notice you've all gone silent. Now, I'll be waiting for you to quietly and politely accept being picked on.
Of course, I am fully expecting a mountain of excuses from you, claiming things aren't actually that bad, along with whatever other nonsense you use to justify your own defensiveness.
Better yet: JUST TRY TO IGNORE ME, IT'LL BE EASIER FOR YOU,
Perhaps you still remember how you lied to yourselves while HE was cheating on you, and just how much garbage you swallowed back then, leading you to settle for accepting these transparent lies today.
