Movies with the best atmosphere/vibes?

That dance scene in The Band is just pure vibes. 😍

Terminator, Predator, Alien, Aliens, The Empire strikes back, Barton's Batman, and basically most horror flicks.🙂

There are plenty of them, but Forrest Gump is hands down my number one, 🙂 though that specific scene is definitely from The Princess and the Warrior. The music, the vibe... 🙏

It’s basically the vibe of all those other movies set in tiny little rural towns...

+ for the English countryside 🙂
I'd also throw in Triangle and Life (2017) if anyone’s seen them... honestly such a unique, total "art house" visual trip

Donnie Darko. Man, that atmosphere is just straight-up twisted and bleak.🙏But honestly, it wouldn't be the same without Jake Gyllenhaal’s absolutely haunting stare.

I’ve only got eyes for two specific vibes:
1. That pure American redneck energy: basically a tribute to movies like Napoleon Dynamite, Natural Born Killers, or anything with that gritty, backwoods soul... man, there are so many classics out there.
2. That dark, trippy, comic-book aesthetic: think Sin City, V for Vendetta, Equilibrium, Memento, or Kill Bill... just total visual madness.

Man, there are so many good ones, 🙂 ali if I had to pick just one, it’s definitely Seven—specifically that part in The Usual Suspects where the cop finally realizes he was played by Keyser Soze himself 😁

The whole vibe of The Usual Suspects is just... weirdly magnetic. You've got this character who is supposedly so "terrifying" that people doubt he even exists—like he's pulling all the strings from the shadows. That touch of mystery, making him feel like the devil himself... man 🙂
