I’m sitting here waiting on an activation email for this new profile I’m trying to set up—honestly, I just want to get this one retired once it's done.
I’ve already wasted my time clicking that "resend link" button twice now, but absolutely nothing is happening. Zero. Zilch.
What’s the move here? Who am I supposed to contact to actually get this sorted out?

Is there actually a set of guidelines somewhere regarding how to handle signatures? I managed to track down a link over here, but it seems to be broken—or perhaps it's just me.

There aren't any rules right now because Andrlon has temporarily pulled them all down. However, don't think for one second that this means you can just do whatever you want.
Stick to the established guidelines: keep posts to a maximum of three lines using the smallest font size, absolutely no insults, no advertising, and if you're quoting someone else on this Forum, you must include a direct link to their quote...

If anyone needs help editing their signature—say, hiding a link behind some text or shrinking the font size—you can make those requests here in this thread.

I’ve hit a bit of a snag with my password here. I've been a member for ages—been around since the early days—and right now I’m only logged in because I'm using Reddit. I tried switching over to Opera just now and realized I have absolutely no clue what my password is. To make matters worse, I can't even remember which email address I originally linked to this account. I could use some help. Since I saved my credentials on Reddit a long time ago, it just logs me straight into the Forum automatically, but I'm stuck otherwise. Admins, please help me out if you can.

Open the Reddit app, head over to the Forum, tap the menu icon—those three horizontal lines in the top right corner—and then select your profile.
Once you're in your profile, hit those three lines at the top right again; you should see three options there, one of which is "Change password." I actually tried it myself, and surprisingly, it didn't even ask for my old password—just prompted me to enter the new one twice.

I should probably mention that I'm using an iPhone, so if you're on iOS, the menus might look a little different.
Let me know if that worked for you.

Yeah, the email’s been updated too. Honestly, I’ve never really touched that one—but it’d be a massive waste to lose this profile after sticking with it for 14 years.
