Yeah, today.

It’s Sunday afternoon, so the traffic spike was expected. Things seem to be smoothing out now.

The Forum has been incredibly sluggish for me lately—or maybe it’s just the server being busy? I could barely get this post finished.
I know for a fact that a friend of mine is having zero issues; everything is running perfectly smooth for them. We're even using the exact same computer and the same Wi-Fi connection.
Yet, the second I log in, things start stalling.
Does anyone have any idea what's going on?

It seems fine to me now; I didn't have a chance to check in first thing this morning, so I can't say for sure if there were widespread outages earlier.

I can’t even open this thread, let alone hit reply—I’m lucky if I manage to actually load a page once out of five tries.

It works fine when I’m logged out, but the second I sign in, everything just breaks; I can’t post anything or even navigate to the specific thread I’m looking for.

And yeah, I’ve checked two different laptops, my work computer, and my phone.

Honestly, I’m starting to think someone’s actually messing with me on purpose just to make using this Forum a total nightmare... I don't see any other explanation... I've been messaging Andrlon about it too, but I haven't heard a peep back.

I really hope someone can look into this—otherwise, I might have to start spinning conspiracy theories about why things are being made so difficult.

So I go ahead and click on the user list to see who's been active on this thread, find my target for some light stalking, and then—boom—I can't even view their posts.

I get hit with this:

Are you kidding me? 😁 Honestly, it’s always worked that way when you're just clicking through profiles one after another—you have to wait out the cooldown between searches, there's really no ☕ it's happening to everyone,
those few seconds of waiting drive me absolutely crazy too, though I usually just try to distract myself by reading something else while the timer runs out.

Also, the server is still acting up—just endless loops and "busy" messages.

The thread I posted this morning just vanished. No idea why. It was about those weird readings on the New York City seismograph. Wasn't exactly groundbreaking stuff, but it offered a logical explanation without needing to pivot to ghosts or global conspiracies. Why the deletion, Casey Bennett?
