Honestly, you guys can find some seriously great tights over at Victoria's Secret—they have this one Turkish brand that’s actually decent. I went on a mission to find some black ones in an 80 denier because I was tired of everything being see-through; I wanted something substantial, you know? And I finally struck gold. They are incredibly thick, so you can't see a thing through them, and since they're 80 denier, they're just so comfortable to wear all day. 🙂They ended up costing me about $6 🙂.

The only difference is mine don't have that gap between the big toe and the next one—everything is just one continuous piece.

Anyway, I was worried they might slip since they lack that little toe divider to hold them in place, but they actually stayed put—that band at the bottom is pretty sturdy 👍

Hmm... I don't really remember, but they definitely weren't more than $17—not that I'd pay more than 😛 for socks these days anyway.
I think they were maybe 30-$13, something like that...

BTW, when I went to grab them, I went there specifically because I heard they had them in stock. Asked the clerk, but she had absolutely no clue what I was talking about.🙄
So, I ended up hunting them down myself amidst a massive pile of other socks. If you ever find yourself in that spot, just a heads-up: you've gotta do a little "digging" through the store.😉

So, Marks & Spencer carries socks just like those for about five dollars. I'm not entirely sure if they have a physical location here in the States, but maybe you could try giving them a call to ask. If I recall correctly, I think they offer them in 15-day and 7-day packs. I also happened to spot some on eBay for roughly three dollars including shipping from China, though I suppose I can't really be certain about the quality of those.

I found two different styles at Walmart:
- one type is CCA $40 and features a rim that extends up to cover the base of the toes.
- the other kind is $13 where the rim sits a bit lower, right at the start of the toes.
They don't have that specific section between the toes that usually prevents them from sliding down toward the ankles.

I decided to grab the cheaper ones because, honestly, spending $40 on just socks feels like a massive stretch for me. I'll have to see how the quality holds up once I actually unwrap them.
Anyway, they're for the 10-day period.

I'm on the hunt for some wide-pattern fishnets or tights here in Washington, D.C.
I checked out Victoria's Secret and even swung by the shops near the waterfront, but they're totally out of stock—all they have left is that super tiny, subtle pattern. 🙂

I've been wondering lately where on earth I can actually find some white thigh-high stockings! Every time I try searching online, the results just keep pointing me straight toward adult boutiques or sex shops, which isn't really what I'm looking for, haha. Does anyone know if there's a more normal place to pick some up? 😁

They really ought to be stocking those in the lingerie departments of the stores.

So, I recently picked up some tights at Interspar from that S-Budget brand, and honestly? They aren't half bad... I got two pairs for about $3 $3.25... They also have those ankle socks, just as cheap, at $3 for two pairs $2.75... But since they can't really handle the thicker tights—which I usually grab from the Adriatic brand instead—I stick to the Pascarel line for my socks and no-shows over at Interspar

Does anyone know where I can find some cheap black fishnets, but maybe with a finer mesh? Like, smaller holes than the usual stuff?

Victoria's Secret🙂 — they carry thick, opaque ones in every color imaginable—super high quality, too. Not sure about the price, though; it's been a while since I last went shopping.
