Tights, stockings...

Hey, thought I'd jump in! These are some of the most interesting pieces I've come across lately. Honestly, even the rest of the Miss Sixty panty collection looks pretty good, so go take a look at 😉. By the way, have any of you ladies seen these before?😢

Morgan Morales4, I can't really speak for the international brands, but honestly, the stuff from the Adriatic Sea brands is great—they have these really solid 60 to 70 denier socks that I basically live in. I'm pretty much always in skirts or dresses, regardless of whether it's freezing winter or mid-summer. If I had to pick, I definitely prefer the thicker tights, especially the matte ones. I just can't stand that shiny look... it makes you look like a Christmas ornament if they're too glossy. Oh, by the way, I think Benetton carries thick tights too; they have those thigh-highs—I once found a pair in this gorgeous petroleum blue, maybe 60 denier? And they have these super heavy-duty winter ones, maybe 70 denier, very dark and thick, so...
Oh, and I heard Victoria's Secret has a really good selection too!

Does anyone know where I can pick up some opaque white tights? Cotton would be ideal, but I'm open to the classic nylon style... either knee-highs or full tights.

I found some at Victoria's Secret this year. They're pretty thick, and honestly, they aren't see-through at all—well, as much as they can be at the Kmart in the mall.

I'd say they're around $70$27. They have microfiber options, too; they carry both tights and hold-ups in all sorts of different colors.

btw, I actually picked up some of their calf-high nylon tights a few winters back—they're super thick, and honestly, they haven't snagged on me once, so I end up wearing them all the time.
I wouldn't say Benetton is really my go-to brand or anything, but man, those specific tights are just fantastic. 👍

Thanks! As for me, I'm basically a permanent resident of "pants land" because of my varicose veins. But honestly, there's such a huge variety of higher denier options these days that you can totally rock a skirt down to the knee without worrying about those blue veins peeking through.

I used to go on these little shopping sprees for wild socks and tights at that tiny boutique in Importane, right across from Topshop.

Where can I snag some red grip socks?
I swung by Nama yesterday to check their stock, but they only had size 2. Even the Adriatic stores and that small town, USA shop don't have any red ones out—unless you're looking for kids' sizes.😕

Hey, have you checked out Victoria's Secret lately? They've got those red ones in, the microfiber ones.

So, I picked up those red ones down in Miami—size 16 kids'—and honestly? They’re killer. Usually, I’m a solid size 3, so you might want to double-check if they'll even fit you🙂

I have a question—it’s probably kind of silly, but whatever... I want to pick up some black tights, but honestly, I’m totally lost when it comes to all the different types. Does anyone know how thick they actually need to be if I want them to be opaque? Like, I don't want my skin showing through at all.

I’ve got about 50 pairs myself. Honestly, I usually stick to the 60-count ones, which feel pretty nice and substantial 😁

The really thin ones are mostly just 15 or 20 DEN, and those are typically the sheer, transparent types

But, I mean, if you aren't entirely sure, maybe just ask the lady working at the store? She should be able to help you figure it out

I buy 100 denier from Victoria's Secret. They are completely opaque and thick.
