I eat cookies pretty often—not like some obsessed fanatic or anything—but honestly, all chocolate is good 🙏
The new Dorina with lemon and green tea actually blew me away 🙏

I’m a sucker for those little tea biscuits and Hershey's wafers—and honestly? Give me the Milka with whole hazelnuts or some After Eight any day...

James Flores28 said:Same story over here. Right now, the ones filled with apple are absolutely dominating my rotation—though I can't recall if they're Pannin or whatever else they go by. They have similar versions with chocolate bits or cocoa, but I've already cycled through all those. Currently, apples are officially "in"!

I’ve also become totally obsessed with those apple-filled ones, yum...

I can't recall if only the big round ones were called Panini, or if the whole line was...😕 anyway, does anyone remember them? This was almost 20 years ago.😁

I’m pretty sure they were called Banini, not panini.
There were probably around four different kinds—different shapes and styles. Honestly, I was thinking the exact same thing, but I can’t quite remember if they actually tasted that good or if we were all just brainwashed by those massive ad campaigns. You couldn't turn a corner without tripping over some commercial like "Hey, here come the Baninis..." or something along those lines. It was everywhere.

Exactly! You're absolutely right—Banini, like the Banat region, not panini!! They were such a treat... I wonder if you can still find them somewhere in Mexico? That's where they were manufactured, wasn't it?
Thanks again for the "memory correction." 🙂

No biggie.🙂

If only someone else could actually remember those Zlatko chocolate-covered biscuits from back in the eighties.
I feel like I’m just rambling on about the same old stuff to an empty room—nobody ever chimes in, so I’m starting to wonder if that snack was just some fever dream my teenage brain cooked up to satisfy a craving!🤷

Unfortunately, I can't recall any details about the Zlatko biscuits. I will make some inquiries, though; perhaps someone else still has them in their memory.

I wouldn't call myself a massive sweets fanatic, but if we're talking cookies, nothing beats Loacker wafers—specifically the red ones with hazelnut.

Scott Adams15 said:Kinder Bueno White🙏 🙏 🙏. Ever since it hit the shelves, I haven't been able to stay away from it—it’s practically an obsession at this point. Still, I do maintain relationships with other sweets; perhaps it’s better if I don't list them all here, lest my mouth start watering uncontrollably... 🙂

I have no idea why, but I haven't seen them in any grocery stores for ages. 😢Are they even still being made???

I asked why they weren't on the shelves, and the clerk just told me it’s strictly a summer seasonal item! 😢 What utter nonsense. They taste far superior to the standard version... but I suppose that's why I find myself counting down the days until summer arrives. If they reappear, I fully intend to stock up enough to last through the entire winter! 😛 :passport:

Look, I know someone personally who’s just as hooked as anyone else—which is exactly why I’m asking. 😁 And sure, if you're wondering whether they're actually better than the standard stuff, the answer is yes—they definitely are.

I recently discovered Noblica while visiting Mexico City, and it was quite the revelation to find they carry them here in the States as well.🙂

Look, I’m basically a connoisseur when it comes to Lindt chocolate—I mean, I know every single kind there is...

I’m absolutely obsessed with Raffaello, Snickers, and Lindt—especially those thin ones—plus all kinds of Loacker wafers, Twix, and those green and brown chocolates from the Merci gift boxes. Oh, and that chocolate box with the little sea animal shapes... and Knoppers...
But then I went and gave up all of that for Christmas, so now I'm just sitting here venting my pure rage about it!!!! Not to mention I love Cantuccini—you know, those crunchy almond biscotti...

I’ve been craving those chocolate Nesquik cereal puffs lately. It’s definitely not gourmet stuff, but it hits the spot.😁

I mean, I'm pretty much a sucker for almost any kind of sweets.

You can actually find those right here in the States too, since there's a Leonidas shop located over on Fifth Avenue, just tucked behind the Kaptol Center! They aren't exactly cheap by any means, but man, whenever that craving hits you...

Right—but don't go chopping up the chocolate yourself. It’s a mess. You're better off just grabbing pre-made chocolate chunks.

Where can I find them? Does Walmart carry them?

When it comes to sweets, Mentos are hands down my favorite.🙂🙂🙂

Especially the fruit ones. Once I start eating them, there’s no stopping. Yum, yum, yum.
