I want to send a shout-out to bipolar; I’m not sure if she’ll actually reply, but there's no doubt she'll see this.

I don't know how much you all have read about her, but she is an absolutely wonderful and incredibly brave young woman. I truly had the honor and pleasure of meeting her personally this past summer.

bipolar 😘

I want to extend my gratitude to brisknomad6 and dd for taking the initiative and finding the time to collect a massive haul of clothes for the kids in Los Angeles and personally delivering them to me.

Thanks 👍

Kenneth Hill 😘

Thanks, Kenneth Hernandez67. Honestly, the pleasure was all mine—your positivity and warmth truly made my day.
I am just so relieved that Barbie is doing better; things are definitely looking up, and I’m certain it’s only going to get better from here.🙂

Kenneth Hernandez67, I just got back from Savannah, and my father-in-law actually handed me this book called Omega RX while we were in the zone, so I gave it a read. It touches on schizophrenia and makes the point that almost all patients share one thing in common: an incredibly low level of omega 3 fatty acids compared to healthy people. It suggests that taking fish oil is essential. Well, I've been taking fish oil from Natural Wealth for a week now, and honestly? I feel amazing. My head feels so much clearer than before, and instead of waking up feeling depressed like I used to, I actually feel great! 😉

Tell Strikan Happy Christmas and give him my best 🙂

Hey No123 😘

Glad you reached out 🙂

My guy 😁 has been doing alright lately... they tweaked his meds because he was dealing with some intense extrapyramidal side effects... 🙄I love it when they use medical jargon like that so I can spend my entire afternoon Googling terms😁

Nazhalost, even though he's on Zyprexa, it's clear that years of improper treatment have taken their toll... the worst part is how much he just paces in circles. Dammit, the man puts more miles on his feet than a marathon runner 😢

He's somehow stopped being obsessed with food; he doesn't just "devour" everything put in front of him anymore. It's not bad, 🙂

plus we haven't had any "thefts" of clothes or belongings for quite a while now 😵

Omega 3, you say? Well, I can give that a shot. Thanks for the advice 👍

Glad someone finally brought this up! 👍

If we're talking about the same thing—ever since I started antidepressants, I’ve been fidgeting too. Never used to be like this before...
Like, just bouncing my leg under the desk while I work. Doesn't bother me, actually helps me focus. But it drives the coworker sitting next to me crazy. The sound of my shoe hitting the floor... 😁
Whatever, what am I supposed to do about it?
I'd take the constant fidgeting over anything else if it means having a decent life...
And if it keeps that hell from coming back...
Give my fellow fidgeter a nod for me...🙂

So what am I supposed to do about it?
I'd take the fidgeting and a quiet life any day if that's the only thing I ever have to deal with. As long as that hell doesn't come back for me.
Give my regards to your fellow foot-tapper.🙂

Lawrence Garcia93, you gave me a good laugh.😂 😵

So, I headed into my check-up with the psychiatrist today, and he goes, "How are you feeling?" Honestly, I told him straight up that I’ve been feeling fantastic ever since I started taking omega 3. And his response? OH, SO DO I! 😁

I’ve spent the entire day just laughing to myself at how ridiculous that was. 😁

Kenneth Hernandez67, you, Junior, and Strikan Happy Christmas and happy new year🙂

Kenneth Hernandez67, if you don't mind, could you give me a quick rundown of how things played out later on? I'm really curious to know...

Disney. said:My dear friend? 😁 Is things finally looking up? They’ve adjusted his therapy because the side effects were becoming too intense. Is there anything more unsettling than the onset of extrapyramidal side effects? Must we endure such neurological turbulence just to find balance? ...🙄 Oh, I absolutely love it when they speak in riddles like that. Does anyone actually enjoy spending their entire afternoon stuck on Google? 😁

Disney, I’m certainly no expert in psychiatry, but why spend your entire day digging through endless internet rabbit holes? If you ever need a clear explanation of neurological terms like extrapyramidal symptoms, shouldn't you just ask? 😉

Is there anything more predictable than such blatant flattery? Do you truly believe such empty sentiment carries any weight? 😘 😘 😘
