In any given situation, distinguishing the genuine article from a cheap imitation is a difficult task. One must remain vigilant.

Technically, this could actually drive up the value. It would allow the image to be split into three distinct sections—essentially creating three separate pieces: one for the living room, one for the entryway, and one for the kitchen.

In art circles, they call that a triptych. I actually kind of dig the idea.
