Art appraisals/valuations?

Hey everyone, I was wondering if anyone could give me a ballpark figure on what a painting by Stančić might go for? It's oil on canvas. If anyone happens to know the market value for something like this:

Hey everyone—I’ve got a few items that have been sitting in my family for years now, so I’m curious if they actually hold any real value beyond just being sentimental keepsakes. 🙂
First up is a print—a Leonardo—depicting women with their eyes closed. Then there’s an oil painting, though unfortunately, I don't have certificates for either. As for the second one, I don't even know the artist, and I'm not even sure if the frame is original. My grandmother used to say the certificates were lost during the war, so it's really up to you guys to take a look and judge. 🙂

Basically, it’s a color pastel from '77—about 20x12 inches—featuring a female nude.

So, I’ve got this one decent little specimen here—a Kienzle timepiece, probably sitting somewhere in that 100 to 150-year-old sweet spot. I was hoping some of you folks could take a look and give me a ballpark estimate on what this thing might actually be worth these days.

I'm curious about how his pieces usually go at auction or in galleries. It's a watercolor by Mijo Kovačić from 1974, roughly 800x700 mm. It pertains to the field of medicine.
The document is printed on parchment and features an embossed seal within its casing, all written in Latin.

It is over a century old—though I cannot provide the exact year, as I am quite hesitant to repeatedly open the case and risk damaging such a fragile piece of history.
Does anyone have any insight into what such an item might be worth today?
