Dealing with Herpes?

So, what does this herpes thing actually look like?
I noticed this little bump on my junk. At first, I just figured it was some annoying acne, but since it didn't clear up after a day or two, now I'm totally lost. It’s... okay, I guess. It hasn't fully disappeared yet, but at least it doesn't hurt like crazy when I'm having sex anymore.

Look, jokes aside, besides smearing on that ointment, you should probably pop some B-Complex for a few days. 🙂 It'll clear up faster—worked like a charm for me.

Brew some chamomile tea—honestly, it’s best when it’s piping hot—and just gently dab it on there, maybe give it a little light rub too. Do that before you dry the area off. Then, go ahead and apply a thick layer of Geocortone or Virolex. Personally, I swear by Geocortone, it really does the trick... though Virolex is more like specifically formulated for this exact thing. You can usually pick it up over the counter without needing a prescription from your doctor.

So, how does one actually catch herpes? I’ve been with my girlfriend for quite a while now—haven't exactly been out there playing the field. This thing just won't seem to clear up completely, and honestly, I'm getting pretty worried about it.

Look, I dealt with herpes back when I was just a kid—and man, it’s such a pain—so you have to realize it doesn't just spread through sex. It's like if you have a flare-up on your lip, and then you aren't careful about washing your hands after touching it and you end up touching yourself down there... 🙂 since it’s contagious, yeah, it can definitely happen that way. Though, honestly, the odds are pretty slim.

Also, once you catch it, it's basically your roommate for life... except it isn't constantly acting up all the time.

I don't know, though—given how sensitive that area is, I'd say you should probably go see a doctor. For all we know, it might not even be herpes.

When it first starts kicking in... man, you get this intense burning sensation in that area—like your lips, for example—just feeling super hot, right? Then it starts swelling up, and underneath the skin, the spot feels hard and really tender. It just keeps developing from there, building up momentum, if you know what I mean.

Once it hits its peak, you end up with these tiny little white blisters. And look, whatever you do, don't even think about popping them—seriously, don't touch them! If you squeeze them, it just spreads the whole mess further. Plus, they usually itch like crazy.

All in all, it’s definitely not a pretty situation to deal with.

It usually just flares up whenever things get a bit more stressful...

I usually grab mine from Switzerland. It’s great because if an outbreak happens, it just "wipes" it out immediately. It's not like all this talk about trying to predict when you're gonna get hit.
I'll wake up in the morning with one, even if nothing at all warned me the night before.
Yeah, it's probably stress, or a weak immune system, seasonal changes, traveling... for me, it's always something like that. And honestly, this is the only thing that helps me out really fast.

That's exactly how it happened for me too, just waking up with it suddenly, since you never really know when it's coming...

Zinc ointment works just as well...

At least it did the trick for me...

For me, zinc paste works way too slow.
My miracle potion is lightning fast compared to that stuff.
It’s a huge deal for me since my herpes outbreaks are getting more frequent and showing up in clusters lately.

It’s been ages since I dealt with a sore spot near my eye, but I remember using some cream in a little tube back then—something with cortisone, I think? Not sure if they even make that exact one anymore, or if there’s something better out there now. Anyway, those steroid creams aren't really great if you're using them long-term... but for me, it did the trick.

Also, try to force yourself to take some brewer's yeast, but get the powder version... Vitamin B is huge!
