I honestly can't deal with some of you people today. Seriously. I’m sitting here trying to have a decent morning, minding my own business, and then I see the absolute nonsense being posted in this thread. It’s like nobody has a lick of common sense left in this entire country. I was just at the local Starbucks—you know, the one on 5th where the barista usually gets my order right? Absolute disaster. Total chaos. And it reminded me exactly of what we were talking about earlier. People just don't listen anymore! They just shout over each other and think they're right because they've got an opinion. Newsflash: having an opinion doesn't make you an expert! It’s exhausting. Truly. I feel like I need a drink and a long nap just to recover from reading these comments. Get it together! I can't even begin to explain how much this drives me absolutely insane! Seriously, I’m sitting here, just trying to have a normal day, and then I see this. It’s like people don't even think before they open their mouths anymore. My blood is actually boiling right now. Honestly, I feel like I’m losing my mind. Does anyone else feel this way, or am I just the only one left with a shred of common sense? It’s ridiculous. Just completely, utterly ridiculous!
I used to go through this whole ritual with Voltaren—I’d take the Forte and then hit the Rapid one too, which was honestly such a waste of money. The Rapid stuff kicks in instantly but wears off in a blink, and just as that fades, the Forte finally starts doing its job and lingers for a while. I’d just curl up in bed in a pitch-black room, desperately trying to catch even a second of sleep. Eventually, my body just got used to it, and I started loading up on Voltaren like it was candy because the pain wouldn't quit. It was driving me absolutely insane. Honestly, looking back, it still breaks my heart thinking about how much I used to cry just because the pain was so unbearable.
Whenever I start dealing with some kind of heavy stress, it’s like my body just decides to throw a tantrum. My period starts running late, and then when it finally hits? It’s absolutely brutal. Just pure, agonizing pain. Honestly, it’s always been that way—whenever life gets intense, my cycle just goes completely off the rails.
Honestly, it feels good to finally read some actual advice so I know how to handle things better next time I'm dealing with this kind of pain... ugh.

See, that’s exactly why they use caps! It works almost instantly. Seriously.😉
Honestly, Voltaren pills don't do a damn thing for me. Seriously, I pop them and it’s like they just dissolve into nothingness. Total waste of money.

I am feeling sooooo poorly right now, poor me!
Everything is spinning, just dizzy—it's my first day at the hospital, mixed with a bit of a light hangover from yesterday.
Honestly, I'd much rather have a drink, mama!
😢 😬

Don't go using those heavy-duty contraceptives; you'll only end up hurting yourselves... especially if you aren't being careful and you smoke or drink... I know a few women who took Diane-35 and completely ruined their health...
They really are the best... Logest🙂 I've been taking them for a year now. They don't have any side effects and they're easy to take, yet they still help manage the pain...Triginal It’s absolutely miserable. You’re constantly dealing with nausea and those first few days of muscle cramps, plus daily bleeding and vomiting that just leaves you feeling hopeless! I Yasmin think they aren't too bad though...

Anyone on birth control shouldn't see more than an 8 or 9 pound weight gain; otherwise, it’s a sign they aren't working right and you need to switch to something else. The same rule applies to any other side effects getting worse too...

My period started today.
It’s not even the cramps that get me; I just feel absolutely terrible.😢 😠
Does anyone know how to deal with this nausea? It hits me every single time. I used to get sick even when I was on the pill.😢

Still haven't received mine yet. It’s already a few hours late...😕
It doesn't even hurt (total autosuggestion 😉), I'm just getting a little pissed off...

Walter Myers said:Cut the nonsense, seriously. If you don't know exactly where to put them, and if you aren't packing a decent piece of hardware, you’re just wasting everyone's time. You won't be getting anywhere, let alone making anything happen.

Exactly. If you actually know what you're doing and can pinpoint the right spot, that’s pretty much what I just said. But look, if you're young and still figuring out the whole anal thing, you might find it a little stingy at first. It happens.🙄

Michael Jones23 said:You really have to get the placement right. Like, seriously. If you don't, he’s definitely going to know if things are just... too much for the entrance. I remember struggling so hard at first, just trying to figure out how to position everything properly. It took me a minute to finally realize what the right depth actually felt like. 😬

I'm sorry, I didn't quite catch that. You were saying?
Walter Myers said:There’s just nothing left to write about, really. No inspiration hitting, no urge to vent, not even a desire to go out and stir up some trouble. Just... blank. Nothing to say, nothing to do. Honestly? It's pretty much nothing.

That’s just not true. Honestly, my gut completely goes sideways whenever I’m on my period. And when you throw that tampon into the mix? Man, you wouldn't believe it. I won't get into all the messy details here, but seriously... hasn't someone else already mentioned getting diarrhea during their cycle?

What kind of absolute crybabies are you people? 😁

Same here, just got mine this morning. I was already low-key panicking yesterday thinking it was late. 😛

So I took those health topics and the whole ZK thing—and just mashed them together into one big discussion... honestly, such a top-tier topic for the health crowd...

Just a quick update for everyone—I started taking birth control, and I’m currently heading into my third month on Yasmine. Honestly? No weight gain, no skin breakouts—nothing. The only noticeable change is that my chest has filled out just a tiny bit (going from a 32A to maybe a 32A and a half 😬), and I’ve finally stopped needing to reach for painkillers 🙂))

Now, if only I could quit smoking... which is incredibly frustrating because one part of me is desperate to stop, while the other part isn't quite ready to let go. But, that’s a whole different conversation altogether
. Anyway, regarding those monthly cramps—long live modern contraception 🙂

So, I started doing those Tibetan pelvic floor exercises yesterday—yeah, you know the ones—and after I finished my session, Miss M. decided to show up. I didn’t even feel her all day! I took a pill just to be safe (and even used the milder version, too). This morning I overslept, so I didn't get a chance to do my "Tibetan" routine before heading into work, and while there was a little discomfort, it wasn't anywhere near my usual nightmare. Normally, for two days every month, I’m popping the strongest Ketorolac I can find—sometimes three pills, even though the label says max two!!—and half the time I’m stuck at home on sick leave, crying, cramping, and basically pulling my hair out... 😢

One of my coworkers—who also does her exercises—suggested it might actually be because of the workouts, claiming those "Tibetan" moves start working on your whole system right away. Hmm, who knows? I guess I’ll have to wait until next month to see if this was just a fluke or if the training is actually doing its job...

Either way, I am absolutely over the moon!!

Anthony Miller13 said:So, what's the deal with these Tibetan exercises?

There are these five Tibetan exercises that—besides being decent physical moves—are supposedly great for boosting your energy levels and sharpening your focus. They’re even recommended if you're dealing with stuff like lower back issues or whatever.

You start off slow with just one to three reps per week—you should be doing them every single day, obviously—and then you bump it up by two reps each week until you hit 21. That's the sweet spot; apparently, going beyond that isn't a good idea.

At first, it only takes about 10-15 minutes, but as you crank up the reps, it takes longer. You can always break them up into different sets throughout the day if you don't want to do them all at once.

I actually just started this past Monday. Now, I was already feeling pretty awesome that day—had zero cramps, too—but look, I’m incredibly susceptible to suggestion, okay? I'm terrified of getting my hopes up too early. I'm waiting until I'm 100% sure, because honestly, maybe I just talked myself into feeling great, and I can't exactly convince myself I'm not in pain when my stomach is actually killing me.😉

I've been following these specific instructions:
http://www.yogaway.fsnet.co.uk/5tibetans.htm

But you can find plenty of info on American sites too. Just Google "five Tibetan exercises" and see what you think...

Anyway, I just finished today's set and I'm feeling pretty chipper... 🙂

I honestly thought I was going to die from the pain this morning, but thank God for the 150mg Ketoral extended-release!

So, it finally showed up today.. arrived five days late because of some sickness
My gut is killing me, as per usual, but I actually started taking the pills today, so fingers crossed the next one isn't such a disaster. 🙂
