Alright, look...
So, I just started on those Adexa pills, right? Finished my first round of 21 days, and now I'm sitting here in this week-long break before I'm supposed to kick off the next cycle on December 2nd. Usually, this is when the bleeding is supposed to start, but honestly? I haven't felt even a single hint that it’s coming. Zero. Zilch. So, what happens if nothing happens? Like, can I just go ahead and start the next pack anyway?

I usually get mine around day four of the break, but look—even if you don't get it, just go ahead and start the next pack... though maybe take a pregnancy test first, just in case you actually have a reason to worry. 😉

Look, I’m just gonna say it because someone has to. Everything feels like a cheap knockoff lately. You walk down the street, look at the news, check your feed—it's all just recycled garbage wrapped in shiny plastic. Everyone's out here acting like they discovered fire when they're really just playing with matches in a rainstorm. It's exhausting. Honestly, if you aren't constantly looking over your shoulder for the next big disappointment, you aren't paying attention. Life isn't some cinematic masterpiece; it's mostly just waiting in line and dealing with people who think their opinion matters more than reality. Just my two cents. Take it or leave it. Whatever. kaže:
Look, I usually hit day four of my period and call it a day, but honestly? If you aren't seeing anything, just keep taking them. And seriously—if you’ve got a gut feeling something is up, go grab a pregnancy test. Don't play games with it. 😉

Look, there’s absolutely zero reason to stress. Seriously. Just let it go.😁
Man, I'm telling you, something's definitely glitching out on my end. Total system failure, clearly.
Man, today’s just another total wash. Absolutely nothing to show for it. Zero. Zilch. Just a complete waste of damn time.

So, I went in for my checkup and the doctor basically told me everything’s fine—like, this kind of stuff happens. He actually said I don't even need to take a break from them. Since these are those low-dose hormone pills, he reckons taking a break does more harm than good anyway. Plus, we ran blood work back in the spring and everything looked solid—then did an ovarian ultrasound after New Year's, too. Honestly, if the doctors aren't waving any red flags, I'm not going to start stressing about a break.

So, I’ve run into a bit of a situation... I’ve been on Logest for quite some time now, and I just finished the very last pill in my pack today. Shortly after taking it, I experienced some loose stools—nothing I would call full-blown diarrhea, per se, but certainly not normal either. The package insert specifically mentions "severe diarrhea" as a concern, which wouldn't bother me much if it were true, but it also emphasizes that missing that final pill is particularly risky. So, where does that leave me?
According to the instructions, if you miss a pill during week three, you can either keep going without a break or just jump straight into the placebo interval. Since I haven't picked up my next box yet, I'm leaning toward the second option. If I go that route, would I need to start the new pack a day earlier than usual—considering today's pill might not technically "count" due to how my system reacted?
Or, is it possible to just ignore the whole thing since it wasn't a severe case of diarrhea? I'm a little stuck on what the threshold for "severe" actually implies in this context... 😁
And for context, I've been taking Logest consistently for about five years now, and everything has been perfectly fine until today.

Well, soft stools aren't exactly severe diarrhea. 🤷
I mean, "severe" would be spending half your day stuck in the bathroom—that's when you really need to worry. 😁

Honestly, I don't think you have anything to stress about. 😉
If your digestion settles down, just act like you took it. But hey, if you're still feeling uneasy, just check in with your OB-GYN or doctor and call it a day. 🙂

So, what's the move when you realize—like, days later—that there’s an extra pill just chilling in the blister pack? Do I just skip it or should I actually take it? Honestly, I totally blanked again. Last time it happened, it was within like 24 hours so I jumped on it immediately, but this time way more time has slipped by.

It probably won't affect you much. 🤣
Have you tried setting a daily alarm for the exact same time every day?

How many pills do you have left in the pack? Honestly, it usually works the same way even if it's been more than 12 hours since you were supposed to take it, but... maybe double-check with your doctor or someone at the pharmacy first just to be safe. 😉

Hello everyone.

I have a small issue and would like to hear some opinions. Last Friday, December 12th, my period started and I took my first pill (it’s my first time using birth control, prescribed as Estal). The bleeding lasted six days, which was the same as last month. On the sixth day, since the bleeding had stopped, I had intercourse with my boyfriend. Immediately after he ejaculated inside me, the bleeding started again. This happened again on the seventh day, though not as intensely as the previous day. I want to know if this is a problem, or if it is perfectly normal for the last bit of menstrual blood to be released along with the semen. After showering, I used a pantyliner just in case, but there wasn't a single drop of blood; it seems to happen only following ejaculation.

I would appreciate it if any women who have experienced this or something similar could share their experiences. Thank you.

It just won't work for me, seriously🤣
I mean, I can set an alarm, but if I don't grab it the second it goes off, I basically just crash.😁
I always try to take it right when I'm getting the little one ready for daycare, and if I don't do it immediately, I'm done for.😛
So I asked at the pharmacy yesterday, and this old lady there was totally useless—just gave me nothing. Like, zero help.🙂
Whatever, I'll just finish the pack and call it a day. I've only got 4 left. Today's Friday, but my schedule says I missed the dose for Thursday.

Maybe you should look into using some extra protection for like... 7 days? Just a thought... 🤔
Maybe go see a gynecologist for a checkup later... or just hunt down a pharmacy with a cute young pharmacist behind the counter... 😁

P.S. I swear, sleeping is literally a lifesaver... 🧐 My phone goes off every five minutes until I finally get my drink—plus, my better half set an extra alarm just in case I totally blank out on it... 🙂

Hey everyone, quick question. I’m just starting birth control, and over the last couple of months, I’ve had some bleeding right during ovulation. Not sure if it’s related to that UTI I dealt with last month, though I cleared that up already. My period started on December 1st, and my doctor said I likely ovulated around the 14th, but I feel like my period is hitting any second now. It shouldn't be for at least another week since my cycle is usually about 28 days. Just wondering if this could be breakthrough bleeding since ovulation passed. If my period actually shows up tonight or tomorrow, should I still start the pill?...

So, I totally messed up and kept popping my birth control pills for eight days past when I was supposed to take a break—basically, I ended up taking thirteen tablets in a row. Now I’m spiraling because I don't know what to do! Should I just wait out seven days like normal and then start a brand new pack, or should I just skip this entire month and wait until my next period shows up?

One question, does Ketoral reduce its effectiveness?

From what I was looking up on Google—it shouldn't interfere at all. 😉

Hey ladies,
I’ve been on Qlair for about 49 days now. For the first 28—you know, that first pack—everything was totally fine. I actually gained a little weight, and my boobs got pretty big, but honestly? I wasn't even mad about it... I can live with that. But things have gone completely sideways in the last two weeks. First, my skin started breaking out like crazy, then I deal with this random spotting, and then—as if that wasn't enough—I end up getting my period on day 19. Like, seriously? How does everything just flip out like that all of a sudden? What am I supposed to do? I can't exactly run to a gynecologist right now because I'm traveling abroad in the US...

Look, I really hope someone steps up soon who actually knows how to handle this.
Basically, I was supposed to start my second pack on Sunday—but I ended up taking the first pill on Monday instead. I also had sex the same day I took that first pill, just a few hours later. Out of pure panic, I finally took the missed dose today, Tuesday, at 6 AM. What do you guys think—is there any chance I could end up pregnant?...

Honestly, I’d say there’s probably no reason to stress too much. But hey, I'm definitely no medical expert or anything...😁

I stopped taking birth control back in May 2013, after about five or six years on it. Since then, I've been dealing with spotting during ovulation and both before and after my period. If I count all that bleeding as part of my cycle, my period basically lasts ten to fourteen days. It’s a weird pattern: I get some bleeding for a couple of days, then nothing for a few, then it starts again for a bit, stops, and repeats.
Is anyone else dealing with something similar?
My gynecologist told me everything seems fine, but I guess I'm wondering if anyone knows what might actually be going on.

I'm also curious if I can start hormonal contraception again. When would I even start if I'm not entirely sure which day is actually the first day of my period?

Thanks.
