Nobody’s actually fit to be a mod, honestly. Everyone just spends their time hunting witches and arguing over who’s a bigger saint or a bigger jerk.
The lord is probably just here to vent.
You guys jump on some nonsense and then just spam mindless posts forever, but the second someone actually brings up a real story or needs actual advice, you all vanish.

Even during the golden age of this forum, there was always a subset of members who would "moderate" certain problematic threads by stepping in with high-quality counterarguments. Honestly, any digital space that lacks that kind of organic oversight feels hollow. I’m all for encouraging users to step up, provided they actually know how to handle a situation without it devolving into a mindless digital lynching. But even then, that's precisely when the actual moderators need to step in and take control.

Alex Carter, that sounds like an overwhelming amount of work, and frankly, it's far too much responsibility to pin on anyone. 🕺

I’m noticing Freyya is pulling in way more points here than that Swedish singer did over the weekend. Honestly? I am totally here for it. 👍 I really feel like if she keeps up that kind of energy and stays this consistent, she could actually shake things up and do some serious damage here. 🙂

If one user talked to another the way TNT was talking about those people, would that post still be sitting there as an example for everyone else?

I’m not entirely sure who handles the moderation over in the women's corner, but honestly, I think they do a fantastic job. From what I can tell, they usually give new members a heads-up if they break a rule instead of just jumping straight to a ban, though they definitely hand out warnings when someone keeps doing the same thing.

Also, the way they separate their own threads—at least from everything I've seen so far—is really well managed.

Maybe we should consider bringing one of them on board if they decide to post here.🤷
But then again, Freyy could do it too, if she’s actually up for it.

Just because an African American might call themselves a Niger, or a gay person might use certain slang for themselves, doesn't mean you can just throw those terms around in public. Or like when Bregović says gypsy during some evening show. Or if Ademi uses the term shiptar... it's just different.
