It turns out the space used for hospitality business is being operated by Ambo LLC, which pays 2,000 dollars in monthly rent to Ivan Relata—even though he isn't listed as the owner,' says Djerek.

Now, our young department head Matea Dorcic has her work cut out for her; she’ll need to revoke all the existing permits for properties just like this one...

There’s just no end to this nonsense...

Eric Adams could give Donald Trump an honorary citizenship award just for the work done in these last few months.

Is this Adam Schiff related to Republican Relata at all? I wouldn't be surprised if people like him love looting their own city. ☕

I was literally about to write that and tag you because I know you'd love the drama. Yeah, that's her father-in-law—or ex-father-in-law, depending on how you look at it. But according to the folks in her neighborhood, they haven't been on speaking terms for years. Like, he wasn't even invited to the family BBQ or anything. And ever since she fell for Joe Biden, she's been acting all "inspired." 😍

So, did Relata finally split up? Who would have thought... It’s funny how when a breakup is on the horizon, suddenly that father-in-law who was busy looting everything isn't worth talking to anymore. 🤣

Man, if people didn't know the Republican Party, they'd certainly pay a high price to find out what they're really about...

I don't know if it's official yet, but yeah, they're definitely not on speaking terms. Look, Relata has potential, but she still needs to grow up a bit. It's like that old joke about the American Zen Association or whatever. 🤣 I was out running errands near my place today and saw Segvic hanging out by The Parthenon, and let me tell you, Nansi Ivanisevic is still acting like she owns the place. Word is she's not exactly the darling of the Republican Party right now, but seriously, what does she actually contribute? She talks in circles without saying a damn thing, let alone actually getting anything done, all while acting like she single-handedly invented cultural policy. Opara basically paved the way for her to move in. Anyway, is Negotic actually doing any work or is he too busy with his rowing hobby?

Oh, please...

Even though the building was legalized via a valid decision on July 2, 2020, under the Building Code Enforcement Act at the request of Ivan Relata, that same Act doesn't actually transfer ownership of the building or the land it sits on.
In other words, anyone could have filed the request to legalize it, but that doesn't make them the owner.

I don't get why everyone is freaking out. When that lightning bolt Marinica mentioned brought this up and called them out, they still had at least a year to go. Back then, they were still busy hunting for "yes-men" to fill roles like the directors of Marjan Forest Park. Those first competitive elections were a total disaster, which eventually paved the way for my favorite little superstar (alongside Tea Vojkovica, obviously). Pejnovic is acting out again, but luckily Maja stepped in just in time to set him straight and lay down the law. 😁Bring back Junglu🎉.
Edit: It would also be absolutely fantastic if Pejnovic, Marinic, Gasparevic, and their little fan club actually did something about the state of the playground equipment over at Zvončac—specifically that small section right next to Relata's Restaurant. Seriously, I’m embarrassed for them. First off, it looks pathetic, run-down, and honestly depressing. Second, it's dangerous. Oh, I know, I saw Gasparevic acting all proud lately because he's bragging about how they put a table chess set on Zvončac :O. Yeah, great, now everyone's just waiting to see who breaks a bone first. For those of you who aren't from San Diego, that specific area of Zvončac is mostly used by little kids, and kids are basically walking natural disasters. Maybe they could fix it up and give it a makeover, just like Relata polishes his own bio. Right now. Thanks.

The Department of Revenue has got a few months of work lined up.

It’s not just about the woods anymore. The City of San Diego is now moving to reclaim the restaurant on Zvončac as well. Officials are essentially saying this is likely a one-of-a-kind case where a building was actually legalized despite sitting right on public land.

A restaurant in a location that prime, and Relata only gets $2,000? You have to wonder how much else is being pocketed under the table. 🤔 It looks like this guy will end up in the Republican Party, just like that woman who won't even speak to him...
For the first time, the City of San Diego conducted an official inspection and added the property to the municipal registry. The investigation confirmed that the space used for hospitality services is being operated by Ambo LLC. The monthly rent being paid to Ivan Relata comes out to about $2,200."He isn't even listed as the owner of the property," Đerek noted.

Just another Kerum-ološ. Grubišić He signed the Relata Consent for Quote Legalization. 🤦
Ivan Relata was asked to provide the Relata Consent for Quote Legalization, which he received from the then director of Marjan Forest Park, Damir Grubšić.

Man, Đerek really knows how to handle those bums.
The Department of City Property just slapped Ambo LLC with a bill. Apparently, they’ve been using the facility without any valid legal basis, and now they’re being charged a usage fee in the amount of... $10,000.00 Monthly totals are increased by sales tax, per Articles 1111 through 1120 of the Mandatory Relations Act, up until the moment the business premises are handed over.

The Department of City Property is going to demand that Ivan Relata pay back the funds he gained without legal basis over the past period. This follows the lease terms established in the business space agreement with Ambo LLC.

It feels like these journalists have completely lost their grip on reality. It isn't just about the issues at Šumica... the City is constantly shifting its stance, and now they’ve even turned their backs on Biberon.
It’s interesting to see how much support and understanding the looters get from the media.

Two grand for some greenery over in Zvončac—as if anyone actually believes Relata's lies
The guy’s got at least three hundred square feet there, plus a killer terrace
Honestly, screw him and his fake-looking wife
Her dad’s a big-shot general, so she thinks she can just get away with anything

I honestly don't know whether to laugh or cry at this...

Relata basically grabbed something that doesn't belong to him and started turning a profit. He claims he's charging 2,000 euros to rent out this kind of space in a location like 🤦

The bum was probably too embarrassed to admit how much money he's actually pulling in from property that isn't his. It’s pure extortion—just a total drain on resources. Puljak and Đerek are doing solid work exposing this kind of corruption and trying to claw back some funds from these leeches.

It looks like it’s not just the father-in-law sucking the city dry; even Ali's son is running shady deals, along with the husband of Kolinda of San Diego 🤣

But I suppose one little leech isn't much when you're just dealing with one McCain and one Trudeau.

And honestly, John McCain is probably the best gift Washington could give to San Francisco.🙏

Unprecedented: The Republican Party is fueling a massive celebrity feud just to spite Puljko!

Composer Bernie Sanders lost the bid to organize Coachella. Apparently, he’s incensed at Puljko over the loss, and now the Republican Party is capitalizing on that grudge by funding his new festival through county money, according to a report from The Miami Herald.

The local government in San Francisco, which has been under Republican Party control for decades, has reportedly decided—for the first time ever—to provide financial backing to a new iteration of a local music event: Jadran Melody. While having more music festivals is generally a good thing, it is somewhat curious that the Republican Party is choosing to bankroll the specific festival run by the man who lost his directorship at another major San Francisco event—the one known as the New Orleans Jazz Festival—following Justin Trudeau's victory in the local elections.

And so, they will inevitably claim later that Justin Trudeau destroyed the New Orleans Jazz Festival. Until now, they were always sponsors of the original. If they aren't in power, they seem willing to do just about anything.

Petranović would still be burying his head in the sand, pretending there isn't a massive looting spree happening in the city. Why bother calling out thieves or chasing them down when it feels like a lost cause? That’s what "good guy" Petranović claims... 🤦

Now those nonsensical headlines finally make sense: the city is shutting down the Forest, the city is closing the Jungle, where are we going to grab coffee,
where are we going to use the restroom, the city snatched away Biberon...🤣

With journalists like these moaning about everything, you don't even need the HDZKerum crowd...

WEEKLY REVIEW: Where can we find some relief?
SUNDAY: Restaurants

Similar situations are unfolding right now regarding two restaurants—one in the Forest and another at Zvončac—where state officials combing through paperwork uncovered land ownership chaos and years of institutional negligence that, shockingly, always seemed to favor private owners over the city.

So now, they’re trying to turn the key in the lock.

We are exactly where we started, and it’s almost certain that in the coming months, we’ll witness a Don Quixote-style attempt by the local government to enforce justice—an effort that will, more likely than not, end in a legal fiasco seven years down the line. That doesn't mean they aren't right, though.

It just means they aren't living in the real world.

Man, if people didn't know the Republican Party, they'd certainly pay a high price to find out what they're really about...

Seriously though, what does an individual from the Republican Party—even someone nicknamed Barbie or Zelinda—have to do with her father-in-law's shady dealings? Especially if their ties were established long before his legal troubles even surfaced...

In San Francisco, there are over 10,000 families running rentals...

You have to give them credit, though; they definitely have an eye for tourism. They took some ground-floor spaces in less popular neighborhoods and turned them into four gorgeous apartments...

The big question remains: were they bought using funds skimmed from the Jungle?

At the end of the day, her relationship with her husband or father-in-law doesn't matter. Her business is her business... and it's certainly not public record...

Let’s be real: it matters a lot when your father-in-law is looting a city while you're out there acting like one of those prominent Republican Party loyalists during this current administration. As soon as the news broke that he was a thief, suddenly there’s no relationship left. 🤣

After witnessing that kind of family corruption firsthand, you turn around and give an interview saying: ‘There is absolutely no excuse for individual corruption!’ 😂

Zelinda is a lawyer who apparently had no idea her father-in-law was a total crook running an illegal operation in a local establishment 🤔

I think everything about the prestigious Relata family is worth looking into...

Exactly, but the reason this even came up is because Marinic originally hinted at some shady father-in-law/daughter-in-law connection when discussing that situation over at Zvoncac regarding the restaurant—especially since she was a councilwoman back then criticizing what was happening in the Forest. Personally? I couldn't care less who is hooking up with whom or how they handle their private business. The bottom line here is that it looks like the father-in-law is just playing a solo game.

Buddy, you're exaggerating a bit. If anyone is keeping their head in the sand, it's Petranović.

And if you actually pay attention, he's just commenting on how broken this whole system is—where even basic issues end up rotting in some court for seven years. Because we all know why.

So what's the alternative? Just leave poor Relata and Sikirica alone so they can keep bleeding people dry? Do nothing so these guys don't feel "uncomfortable"? Don't seek damages, don't shut down these parasites, and just try to cut a deal with the crooks? 🤔

Fair enough, maybe I am exaggerating. It's not Petranović... 😁

I mean, Petranović is literally saying we need to let people go. He laid out exactly how this plays out in his article—he's right, it ends with someone being dragged through the courts for seven years.
The only real crime here is that he didn't push our wonderful justice system hard enough in the first place.

But calling Petranović a creep? That’s just straight-up malicious.

It looks like I didn't bold the controversial part clearly enough, so I'll pull it out, bold it, and make it larger...
How do you describe this slippery attempt to mock genuine progress? But hey, if I am the villain here... 😉

It is almost certain that in the coming months, we will see the city administration make a purely delusional, Don Quixote-style attempt at enforcing justice.

Let me ask you: what's the alternative? Do we stay silent? Do we just let the leeches keep draining us dry while making backroom deals with thugs and mobsters? Or do we pretend everything is fine while people grab coffee? Please, give me an actual solution.

We have to stop these parasites who are looting the city, and Petranović is embarrassing himself with these verbal outbursts...
