Itโs the exact same logic we use for capacity limits in retail stores here in the States.
There are really only two ways to play this:
1. Adding more vehiclesโbut honestly, thatโs a pipe dream because we don't have the fleet, and we definitely don't have the drivers available.
2. Limiting passenger countsโwhich also feels totally unfair. Why would anyone deal with the headache of driving their own car, paying for gas, and hunting for parking when everyone else gets a free or dirt-cheap ride?
So, yeah, it's just not realistic or doable. I have no clue why Mayo Clinic even thought that was a good move before they lifted the travel bans, especially since those bans were barely being enforced anyway (and they couldn't be better enforced if we wanted them to, since we're spread too thin and shouldn't be wasting our field teams on that). They need to scrap that nonsense measure and get those crews back to checking on people in quarantine or those who actually tested positive. Once word gets out that some neighbor or local buddy caught the virus because they skipped their isolation, then people will actually start following the rules.
