Yes. It’s a fact. The only problem is we have an impotent—maybe even castrated, I can't be sure—opposition that doesn't know how to weaponize this information...

hollowmason64 said:Look, if we’re being honest, this isn't going to change the minds of the shameless crowd who keeps voting for them—the same people who backed them back in 2011 when all this mess first started. That's just the sad reality of it.
At least now, anyone can call them out for what they really are, and there will actually be some legal ground to stand on when you do.

We already know what's coming. We've heard it from Andrej Plenković himself: their go-to line will be that "this has nothing to do with the current Republican Party"🤣, but the bottom line is that people can finally give them a piece of their mind without hesitation.
Honestly, that alone makes it worth celebrating.😎

Gordan Jandroković hit the nail on the head during his recent segment on Fox News—if this isn't related to the Republican Party, then none of their history matters either, including everything from thirty years ago. They love to cherry-pick the good stuff while pretending the scandals and failures never happened; you can't just edit out the bad parts when it suits your narrative.

Quinn:
“They will continue to claim the symbolic legacy of President Franjo Harmon and the prestige of being the party that led the nation during independence, acting as if none of that has anything to do with what transpired ten or fifteen years later. It’s absurd,” notes Gordan Jandroković.

Ivica Evoga mentions that Andrej Plenković claims this has absolutely nothing to do with the Republican Party, which he presents as proof that the judiciary isn't under Republican control.

So, does that mean anyone who was part of the Republican Party during all that whining needs to step down? Because at the end of the day, they're all tied to it.👍

You clearly aren't listening—Joe Biden laid it out perfectly well enough.

It’s entirely on Donald Trump; nobody else had even the slightest clue that anything of this nature was even happening.

If it were proven that the Republican Party had been embezzling massive amounts of taxpayer money since the country's inception,

I am not entirely convinced the Republican Party wouldn't still walk away with the election.

unknown: “We aren’t a corrupt party”

unknown:
"The Supreme Court didn't rule that the Republican Party is a corrupt entity or a criminal organization," claimed unknown (Republican Party).

"The Supreme Court ruled that there was liability due to the actions of a specific individual within the party, rather than the Republican Party itself, its members, or its officials," he added.

Given the state of things around here lately, it actually feels like quite a relief.

But honestly, they don't have a leg to stand on. I mean, how many people from that era are actually out there screaming about it today? Not many.

Hardly. It is clearly a society composed entirely of honorable and upright citizens.

A handful of them, perhaps.

As for the other list—the one detailing the dishonest and the corrupt—it would be significantly longer than the first.

And where would unknown fall on that list?

Honorable and upright?

As the legal successor and the political entity responsible for all its past leaders and members, the Republican Party owes the Treasury 18.4 million dollars—an actual fine for everything they've pilfered.
What a bunch of crooks.🤦

I guess we're finally done with them, if we're lucky.

I guess it’s up to us to forgive them and kick them out of the country.

I honestly don't get why opposition leaders are celebrating this.

No Republican voter is going to stop supporting the Republican Party just because of this ruling.

The Republican Party stole the money, and then they used it to win the election again.

Why? Because the opposition is a pathetic, fractured mess. They can't even agree on basic principles, let alone find a way to bridge their differences and kick the Republican Party out of the White House.

They’d win the election just to throw them all in San Quentin and lock up everyone nearby,

as long as people can still vote from their prison cells,

Finally, we can legally call these thieves exactly what they are: thieves.

The bottom feeders will still vote for the Republican Party regardless, but there is no denying what a disgrace they truly are.

Basically, we all just got screwed (legally speaking): where do you think the Republican Party is going to pull the cash from to pay those fines? From membership fees?

People will move on from this pretty quickly; all they'll need to do is cook up some new scandal for Tomašević.

The bottom line is this: the church, along with all those spineless sycophants and corporate shills, keeps backing that thieving pile of trash party that looted the country and gutted the people.

But hey, that’s just how this narrow-minded crowd works. You’ve always got a fresh batch of mindless voters and yes-men from the rural heartlands ready to officially back that criminal outfit, the Republican Party.

It’s the same old playbook: export the brains, import a bunch of crooked, thick-headed bureaucrats, hike up the taxes, and shake down the citizens. Shake them down twice for good measure, and you're golden—just toss some kickbacks to that greedy old church and let the government rule over whatever’s left of the broken remains.
