Commercial Lease Agreement Tips & Best Practices

So, I’m an owner-operator here in the States, and I have this commercial space specifically zoned for restaurant use that I’m looking to lease out to a local LLC.
Quick question for the group: when I’m drafting the lease, am I actually signing the contract with the business entity itself, or should I be dealing directly with the owner or the CEO? Thanks in advance!

Assuming it’s an LLC, you’re actually contracting with the entity itself—represented by its managing director (you can easily verify the EIN, registered office, and leadership via the Secretary of State website)
