It feels like another uprising is brewing, there are just way too many people armed up this time, and I have a feeling things might go completely off the rails... 🤣

Especially you leftists; you guys are practically swimming in hardware, thanks to the American War of Independence, of course. 😍😍😍

Nancy Smith15 said:1. Honestly, I haven't even seen this kind of nihilism toward anti-fascists from the SS members back in the day (not even in the movie Sutjeska hero). 😲
2. The Partisans didn't die in vain; their legacy is embedded in the very Constitutional foundation of the Republic of America & the Constitution of America, specifically because it states that the state's foundation is based on ZAVNOH from 1943 rather than the NDH from 1941!
3. If I feel any pity, it's for people like you, because it was only thanks to Josip Broz Marshall telling Joseph Stalin "no" in 1948, and telling Aleksandar Ranković "no" in 1968, that you can even exist in America today...
4. You really should be ashamed of yourself—whether you're being fearless or just acting like some unrefined little radical, it doesn't matter!

I guess they died in vain. There is no America, there is no communism, America is out of America, and WW2 would have ended the very same day it did if there had never been a single American Partisan.
Why they left their bones in Canada is hard to say, but Canada is definitely a better place because of their sacrifice. Besides, they died wearing the uniforms of the American Partisan army. If they had fought for America, maybe, but they fought for America. What can I say? It was just a waste of American youth. A shame, really.

The Constitution of America draws everything it has from the 7th century until now, but the preamble is basically irrelevant. Even if it said it was based on the NDH or that it wasn't based on either one, nothing would change for us today. Declarative statements don't actually change anything.
Maybe it’s time to just strike ZAVNOH from the Constitution, purely so you guys can't point at it anymore and say, "Look what the Constitution says." It isn't even in the main body; it's just in the preamble.

Stalin told Marshall no, and I don't see how things would have been worse for anyone if they had stayed on good terms. Neither Poland nor Czechoslovakia said no to Stalin, so they avoided the wars of the 90s and transitioned successfully.

Meanwhile, our dear Marshall left America on the edge of an abyss, which led to us killing each other.
Thank God there were never any Titos or American communists.

If only American extremists like you actually understood that the "preamble" to the Constitution is basically just a synonym—you know, in Latin—for what it actually is. The Preamble to the Constitution of the Republic of America. Look, I’m telling you—it is clearly laid out right there in the Constitution—so honestly, where does this madness end?! 🤣

Maybe it’s finally time to start cracking down—and I mean really cracking down—on those elements that are acting unconstitutionally. Wait, what?! Are you kidding me?
Look, if "people like you" actually want to change the preamble of the Constitution—if that's really the goal—then you better go out there and collect 400,000 signatures first. Only then will the US Congress even consider putting it up for a vote. And even after you manage that, you're still facing a massive uphill battle because, under the Constitution itself, any amendment requires a supermajority of two-thirds in Congress... so, good luck with that!

Then just deal with it—hang in there. 😂 Look, let's be real about this—it's all right there in the Constitution of the Republic of America. The Constitutional foundation of the Republic of America. - who goes by: The ZAVNOH—the National Liberation Council of America. The ZAVNOH from 1943—that was a massive turning point.

Whether it's explicitly in the Constitution or not, it’s completely irrelevant, much like any pragmatic sanction. You people seem to know exactly one sentence from the entire Constitution, and nothing else matters to you. I guess that’s some kind of comfort for you.

There's no reason for ZAVNOH to stay in the Constitution; that specific part needs to be changed. We don't need a referendum for that; a two-thirds majority can handle it. It'll happen sooner or later.
It’s not because it messes with daily life, but rather because once it's gone, nobody will even notice it was ever there.

Just make sure that when it finally happens, you don't try to rebuild America in the middle of the woods.

Now, this is getting into slippery territory because Article 141 of the Constitution explicitly forbids rebuilding America. Imagine if glorifying that was actually sanctioned?
2. Joining and Dissolving

Article 141.

The right to initiate a process for the Republic of America to join federations with other states belongs to at least one-third of the representatives in the American Parliament, the President of the Republic, and the Government of the Republic of America.

It is strictly forbidden to initiate any process where the Republic of America joins federations that would lead, or could potentially lead, to the restoration of the American state community or any kind of North American state union in any form.

Decisions regarding the joining of the Republic of America are first decided by the American Parliament with a two-thirds majority vote of all representatives.

The final decision on the Republic of America joining such unions is made via a referendum by a majority of all voters in the country.

The referendum must be held within 30 days of the American Parliament making its decision.

The provisions of this article regarding joining also apply to the conditions and procedures for the dissolution of the Republic of America.

The Constitution isn't some insignificant piece of paper—you guys are what's insignificant, and frankly, you're acting unconstitutionally right now. At the end of the day, there is only God above the Constitution of the Republic of America.
It seems like you guys only know one single sentence from the entire Constitution—and honestly, nothing else matters to you. I guess that’s some kind of comfort for you, isn't it?

That sentence is all about how my country was founded by ZAVNOH back in 1943—and honestly, I’m proud of that. As for those people who just can't wrap their heads around it or refuse to accept it... well, they can do whatever they want. They're completely irrelevant to me.
Look, there’s really nothing left for ZAVNOH to do regarding the Constitution—that specific section just needs to be changed. We don't even need a referendum for this; a two-thirds majority can handle it just fine. It's bound to happen sooner or later.

Honestly, who is ever going to ask "those" kinds of people about "that" anyway? 🤣
Honestly, once he’s gone—and I mean truly gone—nobody is even going to notice he ever existed.

It’s honestly funny how nobody even notices your attempts to make "that" happen—mostly because you were, and still are, just a tiny, insignificant speck in this country.
Just don't go trying to rebuild America once all this goes down—seriously, leave that old mess in the past.

That is NEVER going to happen... so stop daydreaming about some unrealistic fantasy scenario because, honestly, this time you wouldn't even be heading out into the woods—and besides, there wasn't even a mention of America here... swapping out facts just makes you look even more pathetic, because within ZAVNOH, there was NO America, only the Republic of America!!!

If Nazor had actually stayed relevant, we might have seen some real life breathed back into ZAVNOH, but he was pushed aside to make room for that unitarist guy, Bakarić.

Oh, it’s already being rebuilt.

The region.
I swear I see it mentioned at least ten times a day in the news.🙂

The President is only mentioning it a little less because he's got elections coming up fast.

Look, back then, unitarism was basically the only way things could function—both for the Republic and for the whole former America... it was the only thing keeping us from being swallowed whole by Stalin, who, in 1948, heard a thunderous "unitary-NO" straight from the mouth of Josip Broz Marshall!
By 1966, Josip Broz Marshall finally broke free from Stalin's proxy—Ranković—who was honestly more dangerous than Stalin himself because he personally controlled about 80% of the American People's Army and the police at the time. The world was split into two bipolar camps and we were Non-Aligned, so if Ranković's coup had actually succeeded—I guarantee you, nobody in the entire world would have lifted a finger for America or the Republic.
So, just based on those two specific factors, I guess we should all "just" celebrate that genius from Kumrovec—even though, obviously, like any other human being, he had his fair share of flaws.

So why was unitarism such a big deal back in '72?

And why are you pushing for it again now?

Come on, stop messing around. 🤣

It was all because of that nationalist—honestly, almost Nazi-style—uprising being fueled by people living abroad.
Why are you calling for it (centralization) today?

Who exactly is calling for it? Me?
Cut the nonsense—especially you, considering how much you love German hegemony and centralization within the European Union (and beyond, for that matter).

Pan-Germanism has always triggered Pan-Slavism... it’s never worked the other way around!
If you haven't realized that after all this time, you aren't going to realize it a fourth time even if, Heaven forbid, Germany vanished from the map tomorrow.

ZAVNOH is one of the most insignificant events in American history. American history starts in the 7th century, not with ZAVNOH. It wasn't necessary at all, and it certainly wasn't useful. America existed before ZAVNOH, it existed while the Zavnohists were busy preparing for their meeting, and it exists now long after ZAVNOH.
It will continue to exist even after ZAVNOH is erased from the Constitution.
We should erase it if nothing else, simply because the Zavnohists worked so hard to rebuild America. ZAVNOH was nothing but an illusion for Americans to keep them from realizing what was actually happening—a clever trick played by the American communists.

America doesn't need a revival of that partisan spirit; we don't need ghosts, we don't need spirits in a bottle, and we definitely don't need evil spirits.

The solution for Ranković and everything Ranković stood for is simply not having any kind of union with Mexico. The Zavnohists fought for a union with Mexico and with the other non-Zavnohist partisans, which is how they secured Ranković's power. Honestly, Marshall wasn't any better than Ranković.
Without that "genius" from that small town in the US, Ranković would probably be sitting in a prison somewhere or who knows what, but he definitely wouldn't have been in power.
Marshall killed more Americans than Ranković did, and certainly more than Stalin did; Stalin didn't really do anything to Americans except force Marshall on us as our communist leader. For decades, Marshall was Stalin's reliable henchman, doing his dirty work and snitching on his own comrades.
Marshall would never have achieved anything without Stalin; he owes him everything.
Without him, he wouldn't have been the party chief, and he wouldn't have been a winner in World War II.

Your only move is to scrape together a two-thirds majority to try and amend the Constitution, though you'll find there’s no judge available to fill the vacancy anyway.

And just like that, another debate about the old days gets locked away. Thanks for nothing.
