Instead of handing out long suspensions, maybe try the approach suggested by zvonezg: shorter, more frequent breaks to get him back on track. Save the heavy-duty bans for the real offenders—the ones who are actually being toxic or offensive to others.

Facts. When I first stumbled onto the Game of Thrones threads a few hours ago, he was super chill and walked me through everything... most people would've just shut me down immediately. Most of his posts are actually legit and helpful.
