What happens if someone takes six 5 mg tablets of Ativan, 100 mg of Lariam, and two 0.5 mg doses of something else? Is this kind of dosage actually lethal, or am I just looking at a very long nap?

I’m calling out to any experts hanging around here—I know there are plenty of you—please weigh in. To everyone else: if you have follow-up questions, keep them to yourself. There are specific reasons why I’m not reaching out to an ER or a doctor directly; the situation is far too complicated for that. Just be human and help me out. Thanks.

I haven't taken any of those. But look, I have to say: if you have someone at home who took all of that and you can't wake them up, get to the ER right now!!!!
Anything could happen!
I'm no pharmacology expert, so I can't tell you for sure if that's an overdose or not, but my guess is that most people can be woken up from a "deep sleep"—if they can't, things are looking bad!!!
I really, truly hope it isn't what I think it is...

I don't see a huge deal with the 6mg dose or the milligrams of xanax, but I haven't really messed around with Loquen before.
I mean, I honestly have no clue how those two might interact with each other.

The real question is how much tolerance someone has actually built up to these meds.
Like, if they’ve been popping 4 Normabels every single day for a year, taking an extra 6 probably won't even touch them.
But if they haven't been taking any at all? Man, those 6 could cause some serious trouble.

Another thing to consider is whether this was actually prescribed. We need to know what the dosage is (check my previous post) and how long they've been on it.
If there was no prescription and they haven't touched these drugs before—just head straight to the ER.

We can't exactly play doctor online. There isn't a situation complicated enough where you couldn't at least call 911 to ask for advice, unless you happen to be stuck on top of the Rocky Mountains without any cell service...
The key.
