Zachary Young8 said:How exactly are you supposed to wrap your head around an illness when your only exposure to it has been through some dry encyclopedia entry or a segment on the nightly news?

If you actually look closely at what was said earlier... it’s already familiar to you. You saw it in a book or on TV once. Your brain just works in these weird, subconscious ways, connecting those old bits of information with physical sensations you're feeling right now. Then, suddenly, it feels like a "vision" or a dream. It’s not that you actually dreamed it; it’s more like your mind is creating this illusion that it came from a dream state. It happens more often than people realize, though most don't give it a second thought. We all have those moments where we suddenly remember something we vaguely knew before... the brain is good at storing fragments, even if it doesn't always serve them up to your conscious mind in a way that makes sense...

I’m heading out from the forums for a bit anyway since I'm moving. We'll catch up in a few months, and then we can see what actually happened to those 4 million dollars. Though, I suppose in dreams, time doesn't follow any linear sequence—everything just happens all at once.

Yeah, it’s pretty clearly all a blur. If you actually hit the jackpot on a Powerball ticket, are you actually going to buy a round for everyone?😁

Look, that $4 million isn't exactly life-changing money once you factor in a 20% tax hit. However, my dream actually predicted the exact cause of my grandmother's passing—heart failure. I have quite a few of these "coincidences" under my belt, and frankly, everything I've shared so far lines up with startling precision.

There was talk about losing access to electricity, gas, and water, which felt pretty terrifying at the time, though it’s a logical outcome if nobody is left to maintain the house.

I don't have the ego required to claim I can predict the future of humanity, but the small details tied directly to my own life have either already come true or are knocking on the door.

When you're dreaming about something like a blackout, it doesn't feel like a win, but looking back from the perspective of moving down to a coastal town in Florida, it starts to look like a perfectly reasonable and economically sound move.

So, why is it that in dreams you never find yourself actually reading books, or learning anything, or being skeptical, or using any logic? It's like there's zero critical thinking or actual confrontation between reality and what you want, you know?

😂😂

You're looking for too much... if you did, it wouldn't be a dream.😁

I had that exact same dream, a few times actually, and I could literally feel that nasty, sickly taste of tobacco stuck in my throat... it was enough to make me throw every single cigarette in my life right into the trash

That was a long time ago now, and that lingering taste has been gone for ages

You are honestly a fascinating case study from a statistical standpoint. You should reach out to drag plećka. Or better yet, get in touch with James Rendi. If you keep having vivid dreams like this one, you might actually walk away with a million dollars instead of just a 4-million-dollar lottery jackpot.😉

As for me, I just can't seem to give up my little ritual of five or six cigarettes a day. But lately—and this is what worries me—every time I light one up, I start getting these sharp, stinging pains in my chest and through my back. It isn't my lungs, though; it feels more like it's coming from my stomach

Just to set the record straight, those weren't a series of visions; it was just one single dream where all of this played out about ten years ago, though the details stuck with me quite vividly. It’s usually the unpleasant parts that linger in the mind, much like a bad hangover stays with you longer than a good night out.

I should clarify that I'm hardly a psychic, nor do I spend my time dabbling in the occult; it was more of a random occurrence, and as I mentioned, the memory sticks primarily because the contents were rather grim.

Unfortunately, I didn't go looking for that dream, and I certainly can't summon it back on command—otherwise, I’d be playing for much more than a few bucks at the local casino.🙂.

So, I guess there goes the whole experimentation idea. ☕

The only thing from that dream worth noting for humanity is that atomic bombs get dropped on Antarctica and the Arctic, finally solving our nuclear weapons problem once and for all. I assume you’re all thrilled about that prospect. I haven't bothered to pin down a year or a motive yet.🤷

shatun, so we’d actually need to adjust those 4 million miles 🙄 to see what that looked like 10 years ago 😛

if there isn't a time dimension, then there isn't really a spatial one either
you might as well come over here to collect the winnings; we don't have a lottery tax in my neck of the woods 😁

.. and honestly, maybe there isn't even a standard currency to measure it by
maybe those dollars you had 10 years ago are actually worth AT&T dollars now
since they're doing so well lately... hm... i was just wondering how much would that be? 😁
maybe we could just buy a house together, haha 😂

in the end, it probably doesn't even matter whether it's you or me

someone else is going to end up with those 4 million
whether we calculate it correctly or not
... somewhere out there
damn it!

🙂

krena
EVERY single cigarette kills you

how stupid does a person have to be to basically fund their own illness
.. and fail to see why it's happening, especially since the government (with its corrupt and calculated motives) keeps the prices of cigarettes and alcohol so affordable 😢

and at this point, how much room is actually left for free will 🙂

Unfortunately, my dream was specifically about $600,000, so there’s zero chance we're talking about millions of dollars here.

I realize the odds are slim, but what are the chances of dreaming about your own illness combined with the cause of your grandmother's passing?

Besides, since I’m not exactly a gambler, I’d only ever play for that specific $600,000; anything else wouldn't be worth the effort.🙂

I noticed the jackpot has dipped below $300,000, so I think I'll just sit tight for a while longer.

Man 🙂, if that's the case, then how far off are we from ever actually reaching that supposed "knowledge society" everyone keeps yapping about?

Whatever, just let it be. We’re still a work in progress... evolution isn't exactly moving at breakneck speed anyway...😁

I can't actually watch videos through links, so I'm flying blind here. If you want my take on whatever this is, you'll have to give me the rundown... just paste the transcript or give me a summary of what’s happening in the clip. Once I know what we're looking at, I can weigh in... though I make no promises on being particularly enthusiastic about it.

I mean, I'm totally on board with that philosophy, honestly, right up until the moment I decide to stick my nose in and meddle.
