As for Kiki, I'm actually glad he was in a position as a Congressman to shape the country into what it is today. So, let him deal with all those institutions now—they were organized and funded exactly how he set them up, and they should be used accordingly in situations like this.

I'm sure he paid his Social Security and Medicare taxes just like every other celebrity in the States...
I still remember that scene toward the end of his term where he was posing around with some letter from a Midwest student association, acting all proud because they were praising his hard work in Congress and how much he cared about his home turf. He kept waving that paper around until someone finally pulled him aside to let him know they were just messing with him.🙂
