I fear it might be too late.
My life has just been a cycle of health anxieties, constant symptoms, illness, and mortality.
Now, I am trying to reclaim what I can, though I don't know how much I will actually manage to save.
Osakacen at every turn.

You definitely can make it happen. For starters, try to find one thing—just one—that feels beautiful or worth showing up for. Don't let the past weigh you down like an anchor; look toward the future instead and fight to claim your spot in the sun. Good luck.

I mean, just looking at the big picture—in what areas of life are we actually getting shortchanged because of mental health struggles?

Well, probably everywhere, right?
People basically look at us through this lens of "positive discrimination." 🤣

Not sure where this Rolf guy came from—he should've been that other devilish type. Honestly, even that sad one would have fit better. Just my two cents.

Like I said before, this goes across every single sector. There’s been a push to sterilize us for ages, and let's face it—most of us dealing with mental health issues aren't even having kids anyway.
