Too bad grammar isn't one of them.

I suppose I don't really have much of a need for such a vast circle of best friends.

Honestly, just talking about what you're going through is huge progress. At least you're self-aware enough to realize there's an issue here.
Now you just gotta convince yourself that all this paranoia—this feeling that everyone is out to get you—might just be your own head playing tricks on you. Maybe it isn't even real.
Look, I know how hard that is. I really do. I get it.

Just tell yourself straight up that these thoughts aren't reality, and remember that's exactly why you're taking your meds to stay level.
Are the meds actually helping you feel any better?

Just live your life and do what you think is right. Stop listening to everyone else; they're just driving you crazy.

Well, I suppose I can say this about myself... It isn't particularly important to me whether something is objectively true or not. I tend to accept as truth only those things that happen to align with my own preferences, I guess.

It honestly irritates me to my core that I still find myself watching these people pull these absolute low blows—it’s essentially psychological warfare, and it puts my mother in this incredibly uncomfortable position. I suppose I have some intention of finally starting to treat her with more respect, which is something I haven't really prioritized in the past, but she keeps throwing these little curveballs my way, trying to manufacture this intense sense of guilt just to manipulate me into being kinder to her out of obligation rather than genuine intent.

On a different note, I guess I am somewhat relieved to see that quite a few of my friends are actually behaving like rational adults.

I suppose she’ll eventually start throwing those temper tantrums and acting out, just like everyone else does sooner or later. As for me, I intend to simply act according to my own nature, staying composed while others lose their way.
However, I feel a certain necessity to occasionally vent or perhaps just jot down whatever random thoughts happen to cross my mind here, if only because I would prefer not to bother my actual acquaintances with such trivialities, lest I disrupt the social harmony I maintain with them.
