Hey everyone! Just wondering—how many of you are actually ready to roll up your sleeves and put in the work to heal your soul? Also, can you even tell when the people around you are struggling with their own internal mess, and if so, how are you stepping up to help them out?🙂

The system we’re living in is broken. If you want to heal your soul, you have to change the system itself. Revolution, man...
Besides, before you try playing therapist for everyone else, you’ve got to take care of yourself first. Find your own happiness before you start barking orders and trying to fix people. In my experience searching for that peace, I've realized you can't help anyone with just words or techniques if they aren't willing to help themselves. You can't reach people who refuse to be honest with themselves, let alone with you. Big waste of time.

My take is a bit different: I believe that by helping others, you are actually helping yourself at the same time. Isn't that a fundamental spiritual principle we all follow?..

Being self-centered is the easy way out. Anyone can do it, mostly because it requires zero effort and absolutely no level of awareness... nothing at all.

So, I have to ask: what does your idea of 'finding your own happiness' actually look like in practice?

I don't perceive other souls as being "sick." I simply see them as they currently are.

Just because something doesn't align with your specific interpretation of reality doesn't mean it's broken.

And here you are, calling for an awakening at ten in the morning... ☕

Greetings to all. I find myself wondering: how many of you are truly ready to wake up and commit to healing your own soul? Furthermore, are you even aware when the souls around you are suffering, and if so, how do you choose to help them?🙂
Is it by chance some, or perhaps all? Hey there. The world isn't my responsibility... nor is it yours.😁Whether it’s one way or another... those who have been placed in our path to hinder mutual growth can be identified quite easily.

So, what is actually being asked here is wisdom—the ability to recognize those final hurdles and find a way to bypass the first ones entirely.

I wouldn't personally call anyone "sick"—it just feels a bit excessive and out of line to me.

Look, if I managed to nudge even one soul toward waking up, then I'm happy with that—even if it's a Sunday afternoon... so, what kind of people are you surrounding yourself with?🙂

How exactly is a broken person supposed to help someone else heal? Through empathy, I assume?

I’m ready to wake up. I mean, soul-wise? Souls don't get sick. It’s just the body that breaks down, I guess. I’d love to step up and help the people around me, but you can't really do much for someone who isn't looking for a hand. Not that I'm judging, but yeah.
So, someone above was saying you gotta find your own peace first before you can even think about helping anyone else. Honestly? They're right. It’s true. I mean, if you don't actually like yourself, how are you supposed to love anyone else? It’s not being selfish to prioritize your own mental health and get your own act together before trying to save the world. When you're stuck in that headspace where you hate your own skin, everything just grates on you. Everyone becomes an annoyance, you’ve got zero energy, and you're basically just drifting through life feeling burnt out and aimless. But once you actually accept who you are—once you finally make peace with yourself—you actually have something to offer. You end up giving way more to the people around you because you aren't running on empty. I guess that's just how it works.

If the body is ill, is physical exercise enough to facilitate that awakening?

But what about the mind?😁 In the whole body-mind-spirit connection, how can the body—or even the mind—be unwell if in spirit everything is perfectly fine? Well... those self-proclaimed spiritualists haven't been able to wrap their heads around that for the last two millennia.🙏

I want to help the people around me, but you just can't help someone who doesn't want it.

How can you be sure they don't want it? Maybe the way they're being "helped" just isn't the right approach for them...

Honestly, this whole thing feels pointless to me...😁

Hmm, well, if by "wanting help" you mean sticking to their own specific ways that don't actually fix anything long-term, then sure. But the stuff that would ACTUALLY make a difference? They won't touch it. They just shut it down. I deal with plenty of people like that in my neck of the woods.

ha, ha, ha, ha 🎉 🎉

though, truth be told, it’s probably for the best if they wake up sooner rather than later—because once the time return arrives, there won't be any more chances.🙂

A-ha, I hear you... that's exactly what I was thinking.🍿

Now, the real question is, who gets to decide which methods are most effective and appropriate for them? Is it themselves, or someone else?

What I mean is that, essentially, people are afraid of change—even positive change. Most people have this deep-seated need to feel like they are in control rather than being directed by others, whether it's parents, the government, or even the love of their life.

The most important thing is finding the right approach. For example, someone struggling with weight knows they need to eat certain things to be healthy in both body and spirit, but it won't help if someone is shoving those foods in their face every single day and dictating exactly what to eat and what not to eat. In fact, that kind of help can lead to results that are the polar opposite of the intended goal...

Something like that... if you can even make sense of my broken English, lol.🙂

Everyone’s got their own unique journey to navigate. Honestly, trying to force someone onto a path just because we think it's the "right" or "only" way to live? That feels like a total violation of who they are. People have to wake up on their own terms—even if it takes a while! It's not about being indifferent; it's just that, at the end of the day, we're all the primary architects of our own lives.

Are you suggesting that healthy people don't exist, or that those who believe in altruism are actually unwell?

(since we're already leaning into the black-and-white logic—or perhaps a cult-like worldview—of the original post)
