Personally, I’d love to be a man just for the chance to show other guys what actual leadership looks like. Men would follow a leader, whereas they rarely bother with women. As for what women have done for the world? We’ve spent our lives dealing with mountains of men who didn't deserve to exist, let alone be tolerated. It’s an old saying for a reason: only a mother could love them. I’m honestly curious—if a uterus were transplanted into a male body, how many men would actually be willing to endure pregnancy and childbirth? And regarding what men have contributed to society... well, that depends on which part of the world we're discussing... but globally speaking, everything seems to be going to hell... so, you decide.

But seriously though. I think those days are long gone where being a leader was tied to being male. If someone isn't a leader at their core, they aren't going to lead anyone—doesn't matter if they're a man or a woman, period.
