Me? Meeting deadlines and submitting statistics on time?
I nearly let one slip through my fingers entirely... 🙂
Fortunately, I had a sudden moment of clarity around 1:00 PM and managed to get it finished and submitted just in the nick of time. 🎉

I think I finally turned everything in 😬

I can't say for certain, but when I walked out of the office, my desk was completely clear. I'm pretty sure I handed over everything required 🤣

I slept in a little later than usual today 😬

And that's that... time to unwind... I'm actually about to exhaust myself with a bottle of wine, then I'll probably just crash tomorrow... it's been an exhausting week, between the workload and the people...

Glad you're still kicking 😍

I think the wine idea is spot on.
It’s been a chaotic week. Honestly, if I didn't have to deal with people or manage client relations, my job would basically just be a song and pure bliss.

Just this one pose from here on out: ☕☕☕☕
Managed to turn in the final form just 18 minutes before the midnight deadline. 🙂

Take it easy 😘

As for me, I've got backlogs waiting for me next week. I'm absolutely drowning in them 😬

Alright, I guess it’s my turn to brag a little too!! You guys have no idea how much work goes into processing all this data.

So, I went through the whole process—everything went smoothly, simply, and accurately—until I started transferring everything into the official form. Naturally, I copied and pasted the old data first, saved everything perfectly, printed out the main report, and sent it off. Then, yesterday afternoon, it hit me like a ton of bricks—I realized I didn't actually transcribe the first page, just the second one! Please, ladies (and gentlemen), spare me the comments—I'm probably older than most of you here. Dubravka can chime in if she wants, though, since she’s always been pretty understanding about these things.

Of course, the first two sections on the main page are totally blank. I mean, I should have caught that myself, and honestly, the lady at the bank should have noticed and asked something, but no—we were all a bit dazed by everything happening yesterday morning, and now, predictably, I have to go in and fix it... A massive pile of incorrect data, and for what? Seriously, nobody needs this!

Way to go, 😉

All my stats are just the PRECISE sum of a bunch of wrong numbers. If anyone wants to claim otherwise, they better be ready to prove it. Not gonna happen ☕

Look, whenever I get a chance to chime in, here’s my two cents: trust me when I say I’ve been in that spot where I just wanted to crawl into a hole because I realized how badly I’d messed up.🙂I used to sit there wondering, "How on earth did I let this happen?" But looking back, my biggest mistake was always leaving things until the absolute last second. That was ages ago, though. Now, I’ve made it a rule to get everything turned in at least ten days early—so far ahead of schedule that I’ve actually called Finn to point out mistakes they hadn't even noticed yet.
That one change completely killed the "last-minute panic" stress for me.
Seriously, give it a shot; you'll feel so much better. For instance, I managed to wrap up my stats and final reports a few days after the deadline once I started working this way.☕

I’d love to take your advice, but they don't exactly hand-deliver the paperwork to me, and I'm too scatterbrained to remember to send everything over with my latest status update 🤦

Once I finally get the hang of ☕

@Dubo, for heaven's sake, you copy-paste from ledger entries and tax forms, not from an internet forum (just look at the accounting software thread, post #1907).... 😲 😲😲

You know, I really can't find a way to make the same joke funny twice. 😂😂😂😂

From now on, I’m calling you Copy-Paste Dubo. 😂😂😂

I slept through half the day today, and honestly, even that didn't seem to do much. It’s as if no amount of shut-eye can actually compensate for how utterly draining this past week has been. 😁
Not much on my end, just drifting along. How about you?

I’ve officially stopped wasting my breath trying to make sense of the numbers. It feels like a lost cause when my tracking never actually aligns with the final quarterly reports anyway; someone always ends up dropping a last-minute adjustment on my desk right at the end of the month, throwing everything out of whack.
I tend to make do with whatever is currently on hand, much like Dubravka does, though I usually find myself scrambling to pull it all together during the very last minute or the day before. ☕

Man, I totally blanked out on that...
There aren't really people constantly getting under his skin anymore; they just pop up every once in a while to give him a hard time.
But he handles it pretty well. I actually went back through some older posts to check.

Today’s been a total drag, so I figured I’d try to lift my spirits by getting some gift packing done. I just welcomed my granddaughter the day before yesterday—little Lucy is absolutely precious.

My sincerest congratulations to you...🙂

I’d love to have a grandchild of my own, but it seems like nobody in this country is actually willing to step up and make it happen. 😍

Aaaaaaaaaaaa, look at you, just absolutely beaming with happiness now... 👋

She’s got this thick black hair, cute little dimples, and bright blue eyes.
I really hope she keeps those blue eyes (like her dad and grandpa),
since they usually change color as you get older.🙂
