It’s not just limited to your twenties; honestly, I’d say people start even earlier than that. It’s become obvious that experimenting is the trend, especially once you actually figure out what you want later on.

I guess it’s because they’re finally letting go of some repressed bisexual side or maybe just embracing more open-minded views. Once they get some experience under their belts, some realize that being with women can be just as great as being with men. 🙂 Then there's the fact that some arrogant guys love pushing their partners to experiment with women, mostly just to feed their own sexual egos.

I suppose a heterosexual person goes through a homosexual phase while they're growing up. They might not even realize it. It doesn't necessarily mean they're actually having sex with the same gender.

It could just be passing through via an intense bond with a "best friend." You know how girls can be—so inseparable they practically go to the bathroom together. I don't know anyone in their 30s who still has that kind of intensity, though I guess they exist; but during puberty and those teen years, it seems to happen all the time.

I didn't really deal with any of that in my early twenties, but I definitely went through it during my late teens 😍

Back when I was 16 or 17, I used to mess around with girls, mostly just friends... and honestly, so many girls in my age group were doing the exact same thing. Why? Because we thought it was funny, or we were just curious. It was that whole "let's try things differently" mindset. Or whatever. There were probably fifty other stupid reasons like that. I don't really make a big deal out of it now...

There are instances where this stage evolves into an actual "homosexual" relationship. But in many cases, it’s not even that both people have a homosexual or bisexual orientation; it’s just that being in a relationship with a female friend feels "trendy" or modern. Still, I truly believe it's just a phase. 😁

It’s pretty much common knowledge that when you talk to women about their sexual fantasies, same-sex attraction pops up more often than you'd think. Honestly, we don't even have solid numbers for guys because, let's face it, most dudes aren't exactly running to a therapist or a forum to vent about their deepest thoughts and feelings—they just keep it bottled up.

As far as I'm concerned, sex is basically the ultimate level of intimacy you can reach with another human being. You've got no walls up, no defensive mechanisms running; you're just raw. Think of it this way: sex is how you truly round out a connection with someone. And look, it doesn't matter if you're hitting that level of closeness with a guy, a girl, or a whole group of people.
I mean, the whole point of having sex isn't just about making babies, so it's obviously used for way more than just reproduction.
Up until now, I haven't seen much actual criticism here, aside from the usual unhinged nonsense coming from those "holier-than-thou" types who think they're morally superior to everyone else.

If you want to look at it through a different lens—like how we control our own muscles, emotions, and thoughts—it works similarly. If you can associate the act of sex with the opposite sex in a way that triggers arousal, then sure, you can also trigger that same response with the same sex, or with both. That's essentially how you end up with hetero, homo, or bisexual orientations.
For anyone who thinks this theory sounds a bit out there, just take a second to really think about how and when sexual orientation actually develops in the first place.

The brain is hands down the most powerful aphrodisiac out there.
From a physiological standpoint, male nerve endings run from the base of the penis all the way through to the anus—both externally and internally.
