I mean, look at Africa—people, kids, animals, they’re all dealing with starvation, poverty, sickness...
It's brutal. Meanwhile, things over here in the States are pretty alright, relatively speaking.
Just find a way to distract yourself 😉, and tackle those issues bit by bit. One thing at a time.
There isn't any problem out there that people can't eventually figure out...

I truly believe we have returned to this earthly plane countless times before; we simply don't remember it. Or perhaps, quite frankly, we aren't permitted to recall it just yet.
Sometimes, a fleeting moment flashes before our eyes that feels strangely familiar, as if we’ve lived through it all once before. That, I believe, is what we call a present-moment memory.

So, yes, I would return. In fact, I feel I have already made the journey back many times over. 🙂
At least, that is my conviction...

But why would I choose to come back?
With every single incarnation, we undergo a process of purification. We continue this cycle until we finally achieve a state of absolute purity of the soul. Only then will we be ready to make our eternal return to our true, everlasting home.

honestly, I think I've disappointed myself more than anything else, plus there's plenty of other stuff too!👎

Well, if that's the case, what's there to complain about? If you aren't willing to put in the work for yourself, why should you expect the rest of the world to go out of its way to please you?

It seems a bit difficult to find any motivation to change when you're already so terrified of failing at the attempt itself.

and it really has nothing to do with you, so don't sweat it! it's my own business, and I'm sure you've got much more important things to deal with anyway...

I just can't quite wrap my head around why you'd choose to undermine yourself with that kind of mindset...
As for having something more productive to do, I tend to view whatever I'm currently focused on as my primary job, but if you aren't looking for a second opinion, that's entirely up to you 🙂

well obviously it bothers me... though I have seriously tried to change my ways, it's just been such a struggle, things aren't really clicking!
but you know what, I'm going to try a whole new approach, maybe over the next couple of days, and we'll just see how it goes!
