Honestly, my hormones have been the biggest curveball of this whole experience—and they’re still throwing me for loops.

I feel like I’m losing my mind sometimes with the constant crying fits and mood swings... one minute I’m on top of the world, and the next, it feels like everything is falling apart. 🙄
I think my husband is reaching his breaking point with me. Seriously, I don't think I've ever cried this much in my entire life. Everything hits me so hard right now, and there's just nothing I can do to stop it.

That’s definitely the wildest part of being pregnant. Everything else has been pretty great so far. 🙏
I just really hope it stays that way until the baby arrives.

Most people's comments or opinions about my pregnancy don't even phase me anymore. ☕
Well, except for when I'm out at the grocery store or riding the subway... people get so aggressive if you don't let them cut in line, even if you look like you're about to pass out. 🙂

Honestly, nothing bugs me more than trying to sleep while pregnant 🙄
I just can't get comfortable—I've got like ten pillows everywhere... I'm constantly tossing and turning because my hips start aching after a bit 🙄
Then, once I finally settle down and drift off, some damn mosquito starts buzzing right by my ear 🙂 or, you know, the usual—I have to run to the bathroom 😠

The only thing that truly gets under my skin is those people who suddenly become experts on everything, acting like they have all the answers to life's problems...
but I've finally learned how to just tune them out!!!

The heartburn and the sheer clumsiness—basically just feeling sluggish because of this belly—is what gets to me most.
Normally, I’m out there running around like a superhero, but right now, I feel more like a slow-moving elephant.

But if we're being honest, the absolute worst part of this pregnancy is the nausea and vomiting.

That's, you know, the ultimate gut punch.

The humidity and the heat are what get to me most.
And then there’s the condescension from certain people—acting like their way of thinking is the only valid one, only to act shocked when I decide to do things my own way.

Even worse is when they throw in those little parting shots, like, "Well, just you wait...". (Whether it's when you're heading to the hospital, when the baby arrives, or even once they start daycare... there's always some unsolicited "wisdom" ready to go.)

Good grief, honestly—it sounds less like advice and more like a veiled threat.🙄
Just... please, leave me alone! :2up:

It’s like she’s reading my mind. I only use three pillows—one for my head, a pregnancy pillow for my legs, and a tiny one that basically dances around my face all night🙂
One night I was up moving window blinds, opening and closing everything, shifting blankets... it’s a whole damn production

So, I’ve been listening to all this unsolicited advice lately and figured I’d do a quick Google search to see what the experts say.
My best tip? Just cut contact with those people to the absolute bare minimum. Honestly, who cares? If you need an excuse, just tell them you’re exhausted, or claim you have terrible acid reflux—that works wonders if you're trying to dodge a lunch meeting.
Or just tell them you're busy running errands all over town and don't have a spare second.
Period.

Just remembered this:
My neighbor—this retiree who probably weighs a solid 350 lbs—is screaming her head off in the hallway so loud the whole building shakes.
Like, chill out, lady, how are you even doing?

I don't really mind other people being around, but I absolutely cannot stand anyone touching my stomach area!

Plus, my skin has become incredibly dry lately, and no matter what I try, nothing seems to work quite right; I actually tried mixing some raw shea butter with almond oil myself to keep things completely natural, but honestly, it’s only providing temporary relief, because even as I'm typing this, the skin on my hands feels so tight it's like I'm wearing gloves that are several sizes too small!!

And to be honest, I'm feeling pretty anxious because after having one spontaneous miscarriage, I find that every single time I experience any spotting now, I can barely muster the courage to actually check what color it is!!

Same story over here... especially these last few days. I finally switched to coconut butter and oil since it's heavier—it actually keeps things soft for a bit longer (though I still have to reapply 2 or 3 times a day just to stay functional)

Dry as a bone—and the fact that I just can't seem to eat anything right now, which is honestly driving me up the wall...

I sign off on ALL of that... except for the very last part. I'm still mobile and feeling light enough that it doesn't bother me having to stand up.

These damn hormones...😠yesterday I was sobbing all day long, then today it's like I'm in some paradise garden skipping through flowers and chocolate.🙄.
I don't even care about the comments, the staring, or the people eyeing me from head to toe or checking out my belly anymore.
And all those unsolicited pieces of advice? I'm totally tuning them out.

Honestly, my skin has never felt better or softer than it does right now during this pregnancy.🤷
I guess I'm one of those lucky few when it comes to that... it's seriously soft, like a baby's bottom.😍

And I actually don't mind at all when people touch my belly. 😍
Actually, I kind of love it.
But people always ask if it's okay first, which is nice. It's rare to find someone who just reaches out without asking...

I wish I had your patience...
It drives me absolutely insane—nobody ever asks me—it’s just infuriating, seriously.😠

I don't know if you happened to catch that commercial for those organic baby products—you know the one, where the mom gives the little one a kiss and he just peacefully closes his eyes...😍😍😍
I haven't even been able to finish watching the ad; my eyes start welling up the second I see that baby's face..🙄

That used to be me—watch a commercial and suddenly it’s a monsoon in my living room. Honestly, it was the same deal back when I was on birth control... Now that I've been off the pill for about a month, I'm officially immune to that kind of emotional extravagance😁—I just stick to watching comedies on Netflix instead.😉

My personal lifesaver? The Extravagance body butter. It is an absolute necessity for those winter days when the central heating is cranked up to a ridiculous degree and the air gets so dry no amount of wet towels hanging over the radiators can fix it. My skin just starts peeling and tightening up—it’s miserable.

Anyway, that stuff has been a total game-changer for me; my skin actually feels nourished from that miracle cream. It’s packed with coconut butter, shea butter, hemp oil, and beeswax... you can grab it at Target for about $7 or so.

Wait, is that the one in those fancy little tin containers? Honestly, I’d buy it just to keep the tin later. 😁 Personally, I swear by pure unrefined coconut oil—I keep a massive tub $33 on hand. I use it for everything: cooking, moisturizing my skin and hands, lip balm, even as a hair mask.

Metal tins? No, not quite—it's more like a plastic bucket that isn't exactly high-end, and there's actually a cannabis leaf printed right on the lid 🤣. It smells pretty pleasant, though, which is a relief because some other oils from that same line of extravagance smelled absolutely foul—like something burnt or rancid... I can't tell if that's just how they are or if something went sideways during shipping or storage 🤷

So, where on earth do you pick up that pure coconut oil?? Cooking with coconut oil... I know, I know, totally off-topic, but now I'm curious 😁
