Nowhere in the text does it say SHE claimed he wasn't good enough for her. Get it together.

Whoops, looks like I swapped one user's post for yours by mistake. 😵

Honestly, I think we're just wasting our breath and our energy here. It's rarely worth the effort, even if things actually work out—and that’s a big "if."
People are who they are; you either take them as they come or you don't.

Whatever she decides, I hope it works out for her. 🙂

If a man genuinely believes he has lost his grip on reality, then he is effectively operating from that broken state, regardless of whether his reasoning is sound, so believing him is often the most logical path to take.

You’re just grouping nonsense together. It sounds like you don't have anyone in your life who speaks in riddles because they lack confidence. This post is just a mix of forced logic and wild speculation.

If someone thinks they're losing their mind, that's just a thought for now. Please realize we're dealing with real people behind these screens. A few random comments can actually change the course of a life. Like what matex said earlier, don't be so superficial with your judgment. Try to explain yourself better.

Maybe he just needs more attention. He might be at a stage where he feels like he's giving everything away, and she's the only one recharging his batteries. Or maybe he feels like she's draining alongside everyone else, and he doesn't want to end up that way with her.
She should try proving that she cares more than he thinks possible—that he's the only one for her and she doesn't want anyone else.
At the end of the day, it's about her own happiness, so she might as well try.
