That’s not actually true; it doesn't just happen at his concerts.
If you think he's better, that's fine, but I don't, and I guess that's just how it is.

That comparison just doesn't hold water. I mean, Tony was a pop singer with an incredible voice who specialized in love songs, whereas Thompson... well, he has a couple of tracks with decent music that lean toward heavy metal, though honestly, he’d probably get sued by Iron Maiden for copyright infringement if he wasn't careful. And as for the lyrics... I don't know. Maybe it'll take a good few decades before you guys actually start singing along to them, but when you finally look back on it, you might find yourselves feeling pretty ridiculous, wondering how we ever took any of it seriously.

As far as I’m concerned, getting a cash handout for every newborn is standard procedure in NYC; it isn't some special tribute just because of Tony.

If you’re actually sitting there debating who had the better range or vocal technique, honestly, Tony was in a league of his own. It wasn't even close.
It’s kind of like asking if a pro NFL linebacker is a better athlete than some guy who just kicks the ball around at a park on Sundays for fun.

When it comes to vocal quality, I’d say it’s Tom... but then again, you can't really compare them since they're playing completely different genres of music altogether.
