Just give them a call at 1-800-555-0199. You’ll need your driver's license and your debit card handy. Just tell the agent you need to reset your mobile banking credentials, and they'll walk you through the verification process. They're gonna ask you to read off some info from your ID and your card, and then—heads up—they'll probably ask what your most recent transaction was just to be sure it's really you. Once that's done, you should get those codes via text within about thirty minutes.
