Which auto insurance should I go with?

So, Allstate just sent me a freaking late notice claiming I haven't paid my liability insurance premium, even though it’s been seven months since I signed the contract...
Luckily, I pulled my transaction history from my bank account to prove I actually paid via card right there at their service desk.

What a bunch of absolute crooks.

Hey there,
Since that whole gang of sharks over at Prima Solvent is actually sending me a bill—apparently, the folks over at Uniq are too illiterate to handle their payments properly and can't get their act together

Does anyone have a solid recommendation for a different insurance provider? Looking for something reliable, organized, and ideally won't break the bank.
