$10. I have been a customer for quite some time, though I am unsure how many pay cycles it takes for an overdraft to be approved. However, I would sincerely advise you to think veeeeery carefully before utilizing that credit line. With an interest rate of 10.05 percent, such borrowing is marginally better than turning to a loan shark.

Thanks.

The interest rate is sitting at 9.85% right now, and I plan on paying it off in a year.
I’ve been using a Chase Bank card for six months, though I had a different payroll provider for a year before that. My direct deposit just switched over to them recently, which is why I’m asking. Honestly, I can wait for three paychecks to clear first—no big deal.

Well, then you must be pulling in a massive salary. A colleague over at Chase tells me there's absolutely no way they'll approve an overdraft larger than three times your monthly pay—the system simply won't allow it. Unless, of course, you meet some other specific criteria.

So, I just swung by the branch. The teller was super nice—said everything should be approved automatically once my third paycheck clears, which should be next month. She told me to check back if it doesn't happen. :-D

Hey everyone!
I could really use some help figuring out my insurance options and how to navigate the JPMorgan Chase app.

Their interface is driving me crazy, and I can't get a straight answer from their customer service center over the phone.

We hit the coast two days ago, and just as we were wrapping up the trip, my car started making this annoying squealing sound. Turns out it's coming from the clutch. The only authorized dealership nearby is booked solid until July 17th, so I’ve got no choice but to limp it back home and take it to my regular mechanic.

Since we're traveling and things can go south fast, I remembered that a few years back I picked up a dynamic coverage plan through JPMorgan Chase that includes roadside assistance up to a certain limit.

The problem is, I have zero clue which vehicle is actually listed under the policy, and I can't remember the protocol—like, who am I supposed to call or what info do I need to have ready if we actually break down on the highway? I'd check at a local branch, but I don't want to drive the car while we're stuck here.

Can anyone tell me how the breakdown process actually works? And specifically, where in the app can I see which car is covered? I know this sounds pretty basic, but I'm honestly drawing a blank, and I need to be prepared. We've got a three-year-old with us and my wife is pregnant, so if something goes wrong, I need to be able to fix it immediately. Thanks.

If you find yourself needing to get in touch with our customer service center, just hit up the toll-free line at 0800 222 384 (if you're calling from within the USA), or dial 00 43 1 52503 6547 if you happen to be wandering somewhere overseas. You can also always reach out via email at zaba.hr@mondial-assistance.at.

And if I recall correctly, it says the car has to be under 10 years old

Thanks, but does anyone actually know where on the Chase app I can see which specific car is registered under my account? I’ve been digging through the menu and I'm coming up empty.

Just give their customer service line a quick call and check with them directly—honestly, it’s the easiest way. The app just doesn't have those kinds of options right now.

Alright, I finally figured this mess out, so here’s the deal in case anyone else is stuck in the same loop.

The customer service line is useless for this—don't even bother. You have to log into your online banking portal, hit up the digital branch, and they can actually verify or swap your info there. Or, if you aren't one of those people who uses online banking, you'll just have to drag yourself down to a local Chase branch in person.

Thanks for the assist, everyone.
