Identify your flaws, rebrand them as assets, sprinkle in some self-deprecating humor, and—voila.

shift your perspective... look back at your own history as if you were watching a documentary
about someone else, stripping away the romanticized versions of certain "scenes" and refusing to ignore the reality of what actually transpired...

Hmm. I have a feeling it’s just not going to happen for me.
I'm 21—yeah, I know, I'm young—but I've always been mature. Maybe too much, actually. I overanalyze everything, constantly digging for depth, and because I can't even wrap my head around accepting myself as I am, well, I obviously can't expect anyone else to do it.
Everything feels worse lately, and honestly? I'm just miserable being stuck with myself.

Maybe just stop asking these kinds of questions altogether? I mean, instead of just accepting everything as it is, why not actually start exploring who you really are? 🙂

Maybe just cut out the wise guy act. You’re only acting all skeptical because you don't know what's actually going on. I guess you're just hiding what's really in your heart.

So true, Morgan Hernandez5! And hey, I really love your avatar too, by the way🙂
*I guess you could say wisdom is the ultimate weapon... like, the sharpest blade there is for an opponent, and honestly, it’s such a blessing for anyone who actually knows how to use it properly😉

Maybe once you finally meet someone who truly loves you for exactly who you are, you’ll realize you aren't actually that bad after all. You might even learn to accept yourself.
🙂Sometimes, other people are the ones who open our eyes...

Just start focusing on the positive and stop letting those dark thoughts take over. It’s easy to fall into that trap—one bad thought leads to another until you're spiraling. I'm actually working on fixing that myself right now. Doing some serious mental spring cleaning 😁
I also have this great little trick for you. Grab a piece of paper and write down everything you love doing—music, books, movies, whatever makes you happy! If you feel those negative vibes creeping in, use that list to snap out of it immediately. Just dive into something you enjoy and they'll fade away. Don't dwell on the bad stuff from your past. Only keep the good memories in mind!

Yeah, this is a solid point... gotta work on yourself... from the inside out...
You gotta fill up on positive stuff and good vibes, then you'll see how much better everything looks, including us. We'll basically become magnets for whatever we want to pull into our lives..

Just fix what’s actually within your control first, then maybe you won't feel like such a wreck trying to deal with the stuff you can't change.

Look, everything can change for the better, and honestly, Morgan Hernandez5 is right: we’re basically magnets for whatever we want to bring into our lives. We just have to really believe in it and feel it deep down.

Hey, OP🙂
It’s true—I finally realized the whole point is staying positive. But here’s the catch: I manage to stay upbeat for a bit, then those self-doubting thoughts crawl back in, and I just take it as a total loss. Everything falls apart. I struggle to actually believe I can be okay or stay positive. It’s exhausting, honestly—this daily tug-of-war with my own head. If only there was some kind of guarantee that I’d eventually win against the negativity once and for all.🙂
Anyway, now I’m starting to sound a little too much like a Jedi...😁

Just pick one negative thought and try to flip it; think of it like a little experiment.

What would you trade to be in my shoes?
To have people hating on you while they’re secretly looking up to you
What would you give for one massive, legendary moment
Where someone else gets to live out your life for you...

funny.
I get it.
..I guess maybe you're just forcing this guilt on yourself for reasons you don't even understand, and it's eating at you...
but you gotta realize everyone messes up, and those people judging you—not just you, but everyone in general—are just a bunch of losers and insecure wrecks... so just love yourself and step on them whenever they try to push your buttons.. or better yet.. just ignore them... roll your eyes, sigh, and walk away.. just like I do.. haha..... 🙂
trust me... whoever's actually gonna love you will do it regardless of anything..
and that's what real acceptance is... accepting someone despite their flaws because, seriously.. who's perfect???...
and the ones who won't..
wait.. do you even actually need them?
hello.... do you have any idea how many people are out there?...
