We’re talking about enough energy to make you leak everywhere—it's wild—but if that stuff actually hit the sixth chakra, you'd reach enlightenment. Look, I'm not saying a woman *has* to stop her period to get there, but it would definitely make the ride a lot smoother. Even Taoist texts suggest that pausing menstruation basically halts the aging process for women. You keep all that estrogen in play instead of burning through it. So, ladies... just food for thought.
Honestly, this whole thing is tripping me up.

So many women deal with amenorrhea, which leads to masculinization—probably way too much yang in the system. Then they take various pills that pump them with extra estrogen while simultaneously blocking the pineal gland, if you ask me. And then the pineal gland just stops functioning.

So where does that leave us? If a woman is working on raising her menstrual 😁 energy, does that mean she can't—or shouldn't—get pregnant?

But then again, the period itself is yang 🤔 Hmm.

I mean, let's be real—it’s a completely different ballgame when you lose your period due to extreme physical exertion. We're talking about elite athletes or girls struggling with anorexia. In those specific cases, losing your cycle doesn't actually trigger an estrogen drop in the same way people think. It's just... different.🙂

Some people act like reproduction is just for the uninitiated. It’s almost pretentious, isn't it? I remember reading this old bit about how energy works—sort of like how Carlos Castaneda used to argue—suggesting that when a woman gives birth, a literal portion of her vital essence transfers to the child. So, if you follow that logic to its conclusion... well, you see where this is going.🙂

What exactly would you even mean by "jang" when talking about a period? I'm sitting here staring at my screen, trying to wrap my head around that specific phrasing. Is it a vibe? A mood? Some kind of weird slang I missed while I was busy reading old biographies? Honestly, if we're talking about the sheer, unadulterated chaos of a monthly cycle, there are a million ways to describe it. It’s like being stuck in a permanent traffic jam on the I-95 during rush hour—just constant, irritating friction with no end in sight. Give me some context here. What's the angle?

I lost mine at 15 because of endless, constant blocks. Now I’ve been on hormone therapy for eight years straight, and honestly, I’m not feeling it.

Yeah, I'm on the same page there.😁

Then again, there are plenty who think Castaneda was just some total hack.

So, there you have it...🙂

I have no clue what kind of "blockages" we're talking about here, but honestly? I wouldn't want to be on hormone supplements either.🙂

Look, I think menstruation is just yin. It makes sense, really—you see those elite female athletes who build massive muscle mass; they lose their feminine side, their period stops... that's the yin leaving. So, if you take estrogen, you're essentially adding yin back into your system to jumpstart that cycle again.

Look, I know exactly what kind of people you're talking about—but honestly, what am I supposed to do? The doctors basically hand you a prescription and tell you to swallow it, like they don't give a damn about the spiritual side of things. It’s all just chemistry to them. 😁
I'm about ready to walk away from the doctors and the meds. Just... done. Enough is enough.

Hmm. But if I start stacking more names in there, where does all that soul go?
Money’s leaking out. 😁

Never actually read his stuff—not even once. 😁
I mean, honestly—I think motherhood is just one of those things that totally stalls your own growth.
Not that I’m saying every woman should jump into motherhood—not at all. Everyone's gotta do their own thing.

What if you gave some alternative methods a shot?

accumulated Yin. All those organs are Yin, so menstruation would be Yin too. I can't say for certain, but when I sit and think about it, my gut tells me it's definitely Yin.😁

Man, you "electro-spiritual" types are something else, seriously.
Motherhood stalls growth? 🙄 Give me a break.

Anyway, what exactly are we talking about when you say "motherhood stalls development"?

I get all that—it's just a matter of finding the grit to unlearn everything they shoved down my throat growing up.

Fair enough, maybe 😁
Then again, I see it as something deeply grounded—something physical that manifests and flows "downward."

Carol Brown77 said:"When a woman experiences her monthly cycle, she should remain in her state of impurity for seven days;
anyone who touches her will be considered unclean until evening. Anything she lies upon during her impurity becomes unclean, and anything she sits upon becomes unclean.
Whoever touches her bedding must wash their clothes and bathe in water, remaining unclean until the evening." This is what is written in Leviticus.

And then there's all the rest... just constant talk about being "unclean" this and "unclean" that...

But I suppose, considering when these rules were first established, there weren't exactly medical textbooks or teen magazines 🙂 available to explain that menstruation is simply a normal, natural biological process. It seems a bit silly to label it as "unclean" or a sickness, but I guess it's somewhat understandable why they would write such nonsense back then...

The only sad thing is that even today, some people still try to justify these absurdities or push insecurities onto women regarding their own bodies...

Actually, it's more that those cluttered minds can't even grasp the rules. When your thinking is that messy, you lose the ability to tell the difference between what's pure and what isn't, so you just assume purity is a myth.🙂 Classic.🙂

It’s like how people who can't play a single note end up trashing progressive rock while pretending they live for the blues.🤷 😁 😁
