Why do I even bother biting them?

The nails, the skin around them... honestly, I know it’s gross, but I can't seem to stop myself.

Does anyone actually have a way to quit this? 😕

It’s just a habit. Clean them up thoroughly, and then stop putting them in your mouth!

What if you end up swallowing something nasty? Not exactly a fun thought, is it? 😉

I think my mom once bought my sister some kind of clear polish that tastes absolutely revolting. After that, she stopped biting her nails. I can't remember the exact name, but maybe try asking at a local CVS.

That won't work.

Tried it? Or what?... I said it worked for her... which doesn't mean it works for everyone...

Yeah, I did. Zero results.

So, I bite my nails. Just like Joško Marušić does. Apparently, it’s some kind of hallmark of ambitious people—or so they say, anyway.

😬 Look, I'm a guy, and honestly, just trying to slice these things is enough work as it is.😁

Just slather them in some lotion, let them grow out, and then trim them back with some nail clippers. Once you start picking at those little bits of skin around the edges, you’re basically creating a perfect breeding ground for bacteria. Honestly, why would you even invite that kind of trouble into your life? 😉 🙂

Creams are out of the question. I don't need moisturizer; I need a hell of a lot more willpower than I currently have. I've got a plan.

Look, I’m not even talking about some high-end, miracle-working luxury cream here 🤣 it could be as simple as a basic bottle of hand lotion used to massage your nails, just enough to get things moving in the right direction

I can't help but wonder how one actually goes about quitting... though, if I'm being perfectly honest, my main dilemma is that I don't even particularly want to stop. It’s become such a casual habit—almost like grabbing a bag of Lay's while watching a movie or something.👎

Just paint your nails with some lethal poison. That should solve the problem. Or you could just rip them out instead.

Honestly, the whole plan went south the second it even crossed my mind.

People usually say it’s just a way to let off some emotional steam.

Before you take a bite, maybe try checking if things are actually ready for weaning first... 😁

Just kidding. Honestly, I find myself biting them like an idiot too, probably because my stress levels are through the roof. But I have heard that using a specific soothing balm can help; you just have to force yourself to be disciplined enough to apply it regularly.

It’s usually just nerves... honestly, you've gotta learn to chill out a bit...
