Honestly, my favorite users are the ones who pop up out of nowhere just to drop a "bravo," "well said," or "👍🙏...
" under a post they love.

The absolute worst, though? Those people who claim they're all about tolerance and loving their neighbor... until they get the chance to show that "love" to a Mexican, a Jew, or whoever else happens to be on their bad side.

It isn't that he hasn't earned it a little bit, because, as I mentioned before, he does provide plenty of material, but at his core, he's actually a decent conversationalist. That’s really what sets him apart from everyone else—he explains himself, tries to look at multiple perspectives, and stays respectful toward his peers, even when he disagrees. He's incredibly calm. But I guess calmness isn't "cool" these days. Screaming is much more attractive—it's trendy, and it supposedly leads to some kind of catharsis, I suppose. Plus, the click counts go up.

And yeah, once people decide you're a troll, there's a pretty high chance that's how they'll always see you. The question of why you were even put in a position where your comments look like trolling in the first place—whether it was the fault of your interlocutors, the moderators, or just yourself—will ultimately become irrelevant. To them, you'll just be etched into history.

I’ve got this nagging feeling that they’re just screwing with me even more—especially since I actually care about my own version of history, not theirs. It’s such a massive blow to the ego when someone refuses to see you for who you really are, isn't it?

Or when some lowlife decides to ambush you or jump a girl out of nowhere, unprovoked, you know? 🤷But hey, they’re just full of wisdom, empathy, and plenty of women like them, of course. 🙂

I feel like Mariah in her "Obsessed" music video whenever I'm on this forum.😍

Michelle Alvarez8 said:Even if it were true, I honestly don't remember. My attention span is basically zero when it comes to stuff that doesn't matter—or frankly, just isn't interesting to me. So, I have zero clue if anyone is actually stalking me? And I definitely don't waste energy wondering "why." What I *do* remember is a certain crowd that you can practically beat into unconsciousness—mostly because they're too dim-witted to either give up or realize how clueless they really are. Honestly, it’s kind of perfect for those moments when I'm bored or just want to lean into whatever vibe someone already has about me.

I totally get where you're coming from—honestly, I've been dealing with this for years now. Dealing with certain crowds online just drives me up the wall; they love labeling me an idiot, a jerk, or some troll, you know? But here’s the real kicker—the funniest part is that most of those people are actually handing me all the ammunition themselves by posting such nonsense! They basically invite the mockery by being so ridiculous. Luckily, they're usually too dim to realize what's happening, so I always have someone to poke fun at. 😁

You're just being arrogant, Michelle Alvarez8, none of that other stuff. It's interesting why you even need this. To mock people? To "call out" their stupidity—why do you feel so entitled to do that?

errrrm, is it for the exact same reason you feel the need to post such nonsense? 🤷

There’s a fundamental flaw in your logic, which clearly fuels this arrogance of yours. I am not churning out "nonsense"; I am engaging in a debate. There is nothing toxic or mindless about that, especially since I have zero interest or desire to mock, provoke, or belittle anyone. I simply don't do it.

Look, what you’re calling "participating in a debate," most people would just call "talking nonsense." Especially when you're actually writing nonsense—right? There’s nothing wrong or malicious about that, really. And let's not even get into the whole "people" thing since you decided to take a swing at me—I'm honestly just acting out of pure altruism here. I pick apart these silly comments out of faith and a genuine love for humanity, just hoping to nudge someone into realizing they're talking trash so they can focus better. Now, some of you might take offense, but those who aren't so full of themselves—you know, the ones who don't act all high and mighty—will just laugh it off. And honestly, laughter is pure joy. Don't you think? 🙂

That isn't altruism; it's pure arrogance. You aren't fixing stupidity, so there is nothing to "correct" under the guise of being selfless.

The issue is your ego. As I said, it's an arrogance problem—meaning the flaw lies with you, not with the people you label as idiots just to fuel your own vanity.

Unlike you, I’m not going to strip someone of their right to see things their own way.

I honestly don't get why you're being so aggressive—trying to shut down my take on other people's posts by calling them stupid and insisting the problem is me. It's not like I have an issue with you, or anyone else on this forum. Not at all! Did I ever actually call out anything you wrote as nonsense just so you could try to get even? 🤷 Luckily, we're over in the Psychology subforum. 🙂

She's clearly showing some serious intolerance here.
The ones who always claim to be 'victims' are usually the very same people who would be doing the victimizing if they actually had the chance.😉

I just don't see that kind of intolerance, personally; I tend to steer clear of those types, but what I *do* see is how unwilling people are to actually have a discussion, which is usually accompanied by a total lack of common sense. ☕

Honestly, I actually kind of love it when people stalk me or try to get a rise out of me.

I mean, I’m probably a sociopath or something, so you guys just have to deal with it, I guess. 🤣

hiddenhound3 said:I am of the belief that nearly everyone has encountered this particular pattern of behavior at some point in their lives.
I am currently dealing with a specific woman on this forum who possesses an incredibly short fuse, a caustic tongue, and a deeply unpleasant disposition—traits she seemingly wears as a badge of honor. I have noticed her tracking my activity; she reads my posts and then migrates to the very threads I am participating in, where she pretends to speak generally while actually discussing me in the third person. She attempts to use opinions I expressed in entirely unrelated discussions to disqualify me from debates, mocking and trivializing my points. It is, quite frankly, the ultimate expression of malice, perfidy, and cowardice.
There is something inherently pathological and twisted about this kind of stalking and sabotage, as if these individuals lack sufficient excitement in their own lives and must manufacture conflict through intentional provocation. I cannot say 🤷 I haven't clashed with many people on this platform myself, but I feel absolutely no compulsion to stalk them, monitor their presence across different threads, or scrutinize their every word.

I don't know about you, but you're doing it under the guise of "official duty"; personally, I've experienced your little habit of monitoring posts under the pretense of being a moderator 🤷
and, of course, those totally unjustified "attacks."

Don't go thinking you're all saintly and sinless—and you too, it's pretty damn easy to talk about others like this, isn't it?

Kate Hernandez5 said:catchy🤣

Yeah, I’m mostly with everyone else on this thread—these little cliques are always running the show. Honestly, if you want to avoid getting screwed over, you basically have to play the part of the clueless newbie first. You spend all this time sucking up to them, kissing their feet, signing their posts, telling them how brilliant they are... and then, maybe after you've finally established some kind of status, you might actually be allowed to quote someone and disagree with them. But even then? You still have to nod along partially, because if you don't, you're suddenly the asshole.
I hate this crap☕

Of course you hate it; who actually likes being a suck-up?
I'm not ever doing that.🤷
I'll just dive into those groups and do my own thing.
I never agree with things I don't believe in, so why would I?

Yes. The whole "uptight" thing was mentioned. But honestly, hardly anyone bothers those types; people either avoid their threads or subtly undermine them. Usually, though, they’re just so rigid that eventually, someone calls them out on it, and maybe—just maybe—they soften up and become a bit more social. I think the issue raised in the original post usually stems from people who are lively enough to participate, but have this one critical trait: perhaps they don't react quite warmly enough to certain flatteries, or maybe they pick and choose which topics to join, which leads others to view them as standoffish or "exclusive." Or, conversely, they might participate without much filter—writing about fine art one minute and teeth whitening the next—which some people find unappealing. Maybe they have specific interests, an education, or life experiences that make them a bit "intense" when discussing certain subjects. Or perhaps they dare to assert something that isn't the main focus of a particular group on the forum at that moment, and they stick to their guns even at the risk of being sidelined.🤷 They end up being seen as eccentrics, or they irritate (or disappoint, I suppose) people so much that everyone feels a bit tense whenever they pop up in a thread again.

It isn't very popular to bring this up, since it’s often inaccurate, but there is definitely jealousy (or malice) involved, along with misinterpretations of people's intentions, petty gatekeeping, and people simply taking the path of least resistance. 🤷 There are also small personal agendas at play, and I'm fairly certain there are always underlying interests involved. Sometimes those interests are just seeking tiny bits of validation through small forum victories, while other times, it’s about accumulating a series of wins—which can become a bit of a power trip. 😉

Oh, totally...
and I’d throw a massive pile of hypocrisy into that mix too...☕
especially coming from those absolute clowns who think they're 😲 reaching for some kind of peak 😲 whether it's their supposed "spiritual depth" or "intellectual prowess," you know?
Honestly, I haven't seen a higher concentration of spite, treachery, and blatant hypocrisy anywhere else... not to mention the nauseating amount of ego-tripping going on.

Oh, please—talking about "victories" on some random Kajlat forum? 🤣 I truly have nothing but respect for those who find fulfillment in such meager crumbs; such individuals clearly possess very narrow horizons and incredibly modest interests. 😳
Personally, I maintain that one should strive for contentment, as that spark in one's eye is an invaluable asset. In fact, I even find myself feeling a sense of gratification when someone gives me a Kajlat—after all, attention is attention, regardless of whether it carries a negative connotation. 😁

I swear to you, I will never write something like this again, but mark my words, I guarantee that what I have already provided was more than sufficient.🤣

Kajlat can be handled by any amateur, which I demonstrated quite clearly with the post I deleted immediately afterward. 🥳
Maintaining self-control and engaging in civilized discussion is a significantly more difficult discipline, and it certainly does not come without a price.😉
