What on earth are you talking about with "15 percent black sheep"? Rebels? Total nonsense. We’re probably looking at closer to 0.015%.

I personally remember that group of 19 who actually made an impact during the transition in the USA—that was really it when it came to actual rebels.

Now, if you are referring to those quiet dissenters—which is a completely different category than being an active rebel—you might be looking at maybe 10-15%. These were mostly intellectuals and a few folks from rural areas that had been historically marginalized; people who moved around looking for work and ended up influenced by overseas organizations, all while still being citizens of the USA. They weren't out there making noise or staging protests within the country.

And I am certainly not counting the opportunists who suddenly decided ten years after Elvis Presley passed away that they were actually descendants of old-school extremists. Or even the Americans who were hardcore party loyalists and Stalin supporters back in the day, only to decide once they were well-fed and comfortable that they were actually followers of those same old radical ideologies.

I don't know where you're getting your information from. If you're talking about rebels fighting against the administration and the system, then as I've already stated, it was closer to 80%. As for the idea that everyone in the country absolutely loved FDR—well, I have no comment on what people were brainwashed to believe.
