Hey, does anyone actually know what day of the month my American Express bill hits my account? Like, when does it actually pull the money?

Also, I’m curious if I could withdraw some cash right at the start, before the physical card even arrives in the mail... say, $33 out of those 1000 they're offering?

1. What am I supposed to put in the "call number" field on my banking app? Up until now, I’ve just been typing in the date, but it keeps telling me I’m doing it wrong...
2. Is there a reason why I can't see my actual transaction history on my phone? All I can see is the total balance and some other random details that aren't really helpful... 😢
I can't tell if this is some new update or if it's just my new phone acting up, though I really don't think it should be the phone's fault, right?

They haven't asked me for any proof of enrollment yet—do they just wait until my ID expires before checking if I'm still in school?

Depending on whether you're using an Android device or something else, that might be a physical button on your phone or just a little icon somewhere on the screen—I'm not entirely sure how they handle things on iPhones, to be honest—but once you tap it, a menu will pop up, and from there, you can simply select "Transaction History."
Casey Bennett said:You need to copy it directly from the invoice.
The date is exclusively for when you're sending money to an individual; for everything else, you absolutely must include the correct model and reference number, otherwise, you're just asking for a massive headache because the payment won't be credited to the right account.

Since this only applies here in the States, you might just want to stick to taking payments from American customers.
Gerald Hill7 said:Yeah, I’ve also heard that you can only use it for payments within American online stores.
