Just go outside in some dirty clothes, and maybe all that nonsense will heal itself 😁

You've got a point there🙂

And as for the gloves—you can take that "philosophy" somewhere else.
I make sure to treat others with respect and care, so I expect the same in return.😁 😍

I honestly have no idea what that experience is like.
I hope someone who actually knows can weigh in.

I read somewhere that this is incredibly rare and that very few people ever go through it.
I also suspect many people mistake sudden, intuitive thoughts for "voices," leading them to believe they are hearing from Bogart, an angel, or their "inner self." However, those are still just thoughts, not actual voices.

However, we simply cannot control how other people choose to act. 😉

When his pay was cut, his only reaction was, "That's just how it goes." Then, the very next day, his boss shouts the exact same thing at him: "That's just how it goes."
My sister got into an argument with him, and naturally, he’s acting all offended.

I have to say, that doesn't seem quite right to me.

I believe he lacks social skills, among other things.

Perhaps some people are simply born with a calm and balanced temperament. They don't experience extreme mood swings and maintain a peaceful outlook on life. This could be the result of cultivating a specific mindset, or it might just be their natural disposition. I am curious why that strikes you as such a negative trait.

I suspect many folks mistake sudden intuitive hits or gut feelings for "voices," believing they’re hearing God, an angel, or even their own "higher self." But at the end of the day, those are just thoughts, not actual voices.

Unless we're talking about telepathy, but that’s a whole different rabbit hole. That said, you can't really equate telepathy with the auditory hallucinations seen in schizophrenia; telepathy is, in my view, a crystal-clear and accurate form of communication. It often manifests as a voice in your head, too. My point is that it shouldn't be confused with anything else because it is undeniably precise and verifiable. For instance, if a spiritual guide tells you to show up at a specific coffee shop in Chicago at a certain time to meet someone you've never met—and you go, and it actually happens—then you know what's up.
That kind of phenomenon is certainly quite rare.

It could be something they worked on through self-reflection, or maybe they were just born with that temperament. Why does that seem so off-putting to you?

That’s a fair point.
The whole "c'est la vie" philosophy—which I keep in my signature as a little personal reminder—is actually a incredibly healthy way to live. There really isn't a better mindset than that.

To me, that approach is all about detachment. I won't get too deep into the weeds here, but detachment is essentially freedom. Of course, people often mistake it for being lazy or indifferent, but that’s not it at all. It’s more about accepting the things you can't change, or simply recognizing when something isn't yours to fix.

Whether it's letting go of rigid ideas, refusing to force yourself into an image you've built in your head, or even detaching from your own fleeting emotions—that kind of non-attachment is true freedom.

However, telepathy cannot be confused with the auditory hallucinations experienced by schizophrenic individuals, because telepathy is perfectly clear and precise communication. It manifests as a distinct internal voice. To my mind, this can't be mistaken for anything else because it is crystal clear, truthful, and therefore verifiable. For instance, if a Teacher sends you a message to visit specific locations at certain times to meet someone you've never met, and those instructions prove to be accurate, then you have your answer.
That particular phenomenon is certainly not common.

I believe it is essentially a "thought" that simply presents itself in a way that mimics a "voice." It is similar to when you recall someone's words and literally "hear" them again in your mind—not as if someone is speaking to you in that moment, but rather like having a song stuck in your head, complete with all the musical nuances and the singer's actual voice.

To me, telepathy is when one person transmits their thoughts to another—which makes it a thought. (Mind you, I'm not suggesting this is linked to schizophrenia; besides, we can't really know for sure until we experience it ourselves. I truly believe there are various forms of telepathy and different levels of "signal clarity." Someone who is highly skilled—a real master—might even be able to transmit a literal voice rather than just raw thought. But who knows? This is mostly off-topic anyway.)

My mind is just completely blank right now. Honestly.😬

I headed downtown😱 and the crowds were absolutely massive. 😱 😱

What a total mess.
Now I'm back in my beautiful, chaotic little home, while everyone else out there seems so perfectly composed.😱

There really is nothing like being home.😍 🙂

🙂 🎉 🎉 🎉 I’m heading out to grab some Haldol😍 whatever,
maybe I'll just go with Eglonyle instead since it's easier on me, though Haldol definitely kicks in faster.🙂
Must be nice being down there on the ground with access to so much medication.

700th post
It gets so exhausting having to listen to the same old mainstream nonsense all the time.
I guess I’m just not quite on their level yet, am I?

Man, it’s exhausting... I feel like I'm constantly stuck listening to these "normal" people
Clearly, I haven't reached my final form as a total degenerate just yet.

Look, honey—there's no such thing as "normal" versus "not normal"! We're all just the same flavor of mediocre!🙂😛

I'm sure that's happened plenty of times in your life.
It’s really not a big deal, honestly. At the end of the day, I’m just one person among over 8 billion others, right?
Everything is going to be just fine.🎉 🎉 🎉 🙂

Gerald Rivera60, help me out here—why does it feel like I constantly need to jump in the shower? Is it some kind of psychological regression, are the moderators just messing with me, or am I just overflowing with too much energy?

A little bit of everything 😬

Have you taken your medication yet? Try to focus and get your head in the game; you have control over your own thoughts.
If you are genuinely struggling, maybe reach out to someone who can actually provide professional support. I’m not equipped for this, nor am I a clinician (and honestly, I’m not much of a counselor anyway).

😘

I’ll get right on that. But honestly? I actually have a huge soft spot for people with disabilities.
Whenever I’m out walking around town, they’re my favorite people to see. And hey, I’m part of that community too.
I don't even need a wheelchair.
I can walk just fine outdoors, whereas others might struggle with that.
But then again, some other folks might recognize themselves in what I'm saying, too.

I'll take anything and everything.
It's just that everyone watches over me a bit too closely, you know? There's still a little bit of "normal" left in me.

I'm heading over to Queens tomorrow. Hopefully, they won't lock me up.
I'm actually pretty nervous about it.
