Anyone here been to a wedding where they played Boeing from California, or maybe caught them playing somewhere else?

I feel like I should share my thoughts on a group we recently hired Best Buy www.grupabest.com. Since they are a relatively new outfit, I couldn't find a single mention of them here on the forums, which naturally made me a bit skeptical at first 🤣
. I actually stumbled upon them while browsing YouTube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lJLTDmGxw0w
.
To give you an idea of the lineup, there are five of them—one girl and four guys—with four of them handling the vocals. Despite being a newer group, they aren't amateurs; most of them have quite a bit of experience playing in various professional touring bands. Their versatility is impressive, and they are incredibly accommodating when it comes to the setlist. We were able to sit down and hash out exactly what we wanted them to play and, just as importantly, what we wanted them to avoid. They also stayed through the entire party to make sure everything ran smoothly. They’ve promised us a fantastic performance, so I will be sure to post a full review once the festivities are over 🤣.

I just want to make sure everything looks absolutely perfect for the party 🙂

Does anyone happen to know where I might be able to rent some chair covers here in San Diego, and does anyone have an idea of what the typical rental costs look like?

From what I recall, Pearl does rentals, but I can't remember the rates, sorry...

honestly, what are you even thinking—most banquet halls offer them anyway 🤷

Has anyone here ever taken any photos of those Soho-style housing developments? I was wondering if anyone might have some pictures they could share.

Ladies, brides, wives, or anyone planning for a growing family.... I am LOOKING for a catering recommendation in Miami! Naturally, the food needs to be delicious and the pricing should be reasonable... for a group of about 70 people.

We grabbed some drinks at Opus Meus beforehand—just a quick cocktail round before the main event. Honestly, the place was top-tier; the owner was super chill and welcoming, and the prices weren't nearly as crazy as you'd expect for a spot like that.

Check out Pimpinell. The food is incredible—I actually used them for catering for 40 people $800 plus 2 servers $167.

Thanks. I actually called them this morning, and they quoted me $23 per serving + $83 per server. It seems they've raised their prices $3.25, but I really like their menu selection👍
I'm going to do a bit more research...
So far, I've contacted Russ, Hotel Consul, Arkada, and the Ballet School. The pricing varies quite a bit—around 60, 70, $27... Since I haven't worked with any of them before, it's difficult to make a decision.🤷

We really need a smaller shuttle running around the San Diego area (specifically on the route between San Diego and the downtown station), so if anyone happens to have some contact numbers, please shoot me a DM.

viadel makes absolutely killer pastries, and honestly, their cakes are even better. 👍 👍Their cookies run about $12 per pound, while the cakes start at $33 and go up from there.

The Ballet School belongs to $20 personally, if I’m remembering correctly.

Does anyone happen to have some photos from the Ina studio that aren't those overly polished, staged shots you see on their website? I'm looking for something more "photojournalistic"—you know, capturing the actual atmosphere inside the hall and the vibe of the room. Also, does anyone know of any studios out there that might be a bit more budget-friendly than the 1,300 dollar mark? 😁

Honestly, you should just go ask Jacob Teklic🤷
He's really the only high-end option that comes to mind.
