Oh, come on!😲 He might just be taking two or three months off because he's getting married in October. My last bit of info was that he wouldn't be working the month before or the month after his wedding, but now we're hearing he's closing up shop entirely? Oooooh... that would actually be news! You should give him another call and really dig for the truth.

And for what it's worth, I recommend Jacob 100%! 👍

Jeffrey Fisher73 said:Thanks. I actually called them this morning, and they quoted me $23 per serving + $83 per server. It seems they've raised their prices $3.25, but I really like their menu selection👍
I'm going to do a bit more research...
So far, I've contacted Russ, Hotel Consul, Arkada, and the Ballet School. The pricing varies quite a bit—around 60, 70, $27... Since I haven't worked with any of them before, it's difficult to make a decision.🤷

Hey, those prices you mentioned—was that just for the entree or entree plus pizza?! Because Bogdanovic told me it's 40-50 for the entree plus $15 for pizza per person. If it's their own pizza, fine, but if it's our local pizza, then we're looking at $6.75 per person for the service fee?! 🤷

All of these prices exclude drinks. Only Hotel Consul offered an option where they provide the beverages and a keg for draft beer ($83 per 20-liter keg), and we would only be billed for what is actually consumed at cost...🤷

Unless I misunderstood how they handle things at Arkada, maybe they gave me a price that already included the drink?😕

So, which of those prices are actually for the Hotel Consul? 🙂
Come on, just break them down clearly for us so if anyone else is interested, they can easily find 😘

He actually told me that himself via email when I reached out to inquire about his services. He mentioned he's shutting down his business in August and will be stopping all wedding photography altogether.

November 14th. They actually have quite a few openings in November, so I should be able to find someone. Perhaps it’s wiser not to overthink the selection process too much.🙂

🤔 Yet he scheduled my pre-wedding shoot for October 3rd... I don't get it at all.

I'm not entirely certain. It's possible she went ahead and booked him earlier.🤷

Here is the breakdown:
Ballet School - $20 excludes drinks
Pimpinela - $23 excludes drinks (regardless of the menu) + $83 per waiter
Hotel Consul - approx.$27 per person (includes prosciutto and cheese, appetizers, salads, risotto)
- welcome cocktail option $7.75 per person
- option for their own drinks where you only pay for what was consumed at
wholesale prices
- they also provide kegged beer in 20-liter kegs = $83
Arkada = $17 for a classic menu with prosciutto, cheese, and deli meats, excluding drinks
= $40 buffet with 10 different dishes
= $15 per person for their drinks
Restaurant Rus - $23 per person excluding drinks

There you go. I hope this helps some people; we haven't decided on a venue yet.🤷
If anything is incorrect, please feel free to correct me.🙄

I honestly don't know what to think! Regardless, I feel terrible about it—what a massive shame! 🤷

I actually caught one of their sets once, and honestly, they weren't half bad... they just play a bit of everything, some American classics and some foreign stuff too.

Does anyone know of any other talented makeup artists besides Antonija Guć? I'd love some recommendations! Thanks!

There's Gaga from Harvard University—tons of girls have used her services... if you need her number, just shoot me a DM!

Emma Watson

Ariana Grande

Both are solid choices... highly reliable. If you're actually interested, let me know and I'll shoot you their numbers.

For those of you who have used Studio In, I’m curious—how did you feel about the candid shots? You know, the ones where you weren't actually posing, just caught in the moment, laughing or being silly and stuff?

For those who have held their wedding ceremonies at Manhattan, could anyone tell me what the parish office hours are for coming in to reserve a date? Thanks so much! 👋
