Wait, where exactly? I was reading online that it was January 14th and 15th, 2012, over at the Hotel Osijek. Now I'm just feeling a little lost... 🤷

Thanks 😁
Nice, I'm going to head out and grab some inspiration... Hopefully there will be enough exhibitors 🤷

Two years ago, there was absolutely nothing happening... 😢
Then, the year before, my dear was going through the motions without showing any real interest... and now, suddenly, he's actually looking forward to it 😍

Mine really went after him—he’s going to be dealing with this again in January. He skipped it last year because he was busy working, but this year he’s definitely going to get hit twice as hard.😉
Though, I have to say, it actually looks like he's interested (if you can even call it that...) 😍

Wait, so we’re actually having two different trade shows in Indianapolis now?

One happening out in the Great Plains and then another one at the Hotel Osijek early next month?

wow 😁 looks like this city finally found its pulse.

I honestly don't even have the intention of driving my own—I’ll just head out with either my godmother or my mom instead. 🙂

Honestly, I wouldn't have even considered taking him along if he hadn't shown such an intense interest in heading to the trade show... 😂

For those who bought the orange juice bottles from the local grocer, where did you pick up the replacement caps? Did you find them at the farmers market or somewhere else?

I haven't pulled the trigger yet either... though I'm currently torn between the floating ones and those plastic varieties...
you can find the plastic versions in just about every grocery store you pass. 😉

Just finished checking out the trade show.. 😢
All in all, it was a bit of a letdown..
I remember when these things used to be much more substantial—there was a real buzz back then. This time around, it felt like everything was missing, especially the bridal section and similar stuff..
That said, I did manage to snag some discounts on wedding dresses and photo studio sessions... so if anyone’s interested, just give me a shout. I’ve got options for the Indianapolis and Dakota areas, and even one for Naperville if you're lucky..
So, yeah 😉

Hit the trade show today and honestly? It’s a total bust... I don't get why they even bother setting this stuff up if nobody shows up to exhibit.😢

Listen, the Crystal Ballroom in Indianapolis is top-tier when it comes to organization—both the layout and the food. We were beyond impressed; honestly, my guests haven't stopped talking about the venue. Huge props to the owner—everything was seamless, and the servers were incredibly sharp in their white gloves, jumping over to our table the second they saw we needed something. I can't find a single thing to complain about. Even the restrooms were stocked with everything from deodorant to wet wipes and hair gel... 👍🙏

I have to say, I am just as disappointed with the expo as everyone else—I honestly expected so much more from the whole experience! We were really hoping to scout out a photographer while walking the aisles, but looking at the lineup they had there, not a single one caught my eye... nothing even remotely interesting. What do you all think—will it be too late if we wait until January to start our search? Our wedding isn't until September, so I'm wondering if we still have plenty of runway left...

For those asking about the rates at Studio Chic
Makeup runs about $150—though if you want lashes included, you’re looking at $220
As for hair styling, I honestly couldn't tell you an exact figure... it all depends on length
and how complicated the style is being requested 😁

Well, I’d say you definitely still have time... though it really comes down to exactly what style you're hunting for and what kind of budget you're trying to stick to.

Has anyone ever ordered flowers from the Palm Beach florist in Savannah?
I just saw their booth at the trade show and their work looks great. Their prices seemed pretty reasonable too, so I was wondering if anyone here has actually used them before?

Also, what’s the general price range for flower arrangements lately? Does anyone have a recommendation for a good, budget-friendly spot?

Better late than never, I guess... dealing with some major internet issues 😢
I hit up the trade show earlier—absolute disaster from start to finish... Really hoping January isn't going to be just as much of a mess ☕
